I’ve been staying in a lot of Airbnb’s for years. This one is the most accurately described. I enjoyed my time there. I work in travel both so it was accommodating for both for a long stay. The owner Blanca is incredible very responsive and kind The staff at the front entrance are also great people very helpful and respectful

Dean and Cristina are great hosts. They responded very quickly to any questions or problems we had. The apartment is in a great location in a very quiet residential neighborhood while at the same time it is close to many restaurant and shopping locations like the Arboleda Shopping Center. The building has excellent security with 24 hour per day doormen, who provide access to the building and treat everyone very well. The internet works well in the apartment and the two televisions are good one with Colombian programming and the other with access to things like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The apartment has a nice deck for sitting outside and we experienced no bugs or insects using it. There is one minor inconvenience for the apartment. The apartment has a clothes washer but no dryer, so the clothes must be hung to dry after washing. This can be done for most items but not the bedding which cannot be hung to dry. To wash bedding the owners must come by and pick it up for cleaning.

A comfortable place for 2 people, it has all the necessary amenities, the people in charge always responded and were very kind.

Overall, the apartment and the condominium are very good. Communication with the owner was constant and excellent. The only thing that was not in operation was the semi-Olympic pool because they are renovating it, however, the large pool and the children's pool were sufficient. I also liked the friendliness and hospitality of the staff who work at the condominium. The town is close by and there is practically everything. The supermarkets are very close and have almost everything. Anyway, I'd be happy to go back to the apartment.

My children were very happy with the pools, playgrounds and with my wife very happy with the tranquility. The apartment is brand new, very clean, and beautifully designed. The interior is stylish, and the surroundings are peaceful with stunning views. I really enjoyed my stay. One thing to consider, which may be a personal preference, is the location in terms of transportation. If you plan to go to downtown Pereira or other areas frequently, it can be a bit inconvenient. Uber rides take a long time to arrive, and public transportation requires some walking. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay if you value tranquility and a beautiful.
