Close the door behind you and feel right at home as if you were in a country estate. The staff treated me as if I were a VIP. The location was very safe and private.

Our stay was just perfect. From check in all the way to check out. It had flooded the area around but we still had so much fun in the Jacuzzi and taking walks down the lane. The house was so spacious and set up perfectly!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at and I have done it frequently. I am a senior who travels with. 7 lb sweet Yorkie. I loved it because it is a beautiful home on one level, with everything I could want or need. The backyard is lovely and fenced which helped with the dog. Wish I had stayed longer to enjoy being outside more because the neighborhood is stellar! There is a lovely hot tub, but even though I didn’t use it I did check it out and it looked clean and new. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful as well as the kitchen which is so nice for hosting if anybody wants to do that. Everything was provided to cook, and I especially appreciated having coffee, creamer and spices provided. The whole home had been renovated and it shows. Kyle and Sara are great hosts, very friendly, always responsive and really thought about all the details a guest would need to know about the home. I have family in Toledo, so I hope to be back!

If we could leave more STARS we would. Magical stay. Host made everyone feel at home and connected. We met everyone that was staying and had our privacy at the same time. Anytime we needed something it was hand delivered in moments. Thank you so much Cathy & Parker for opening this Ohio treasure up to the world. We cannot wait to return with our friends and family.

Charming remodeled home with pleasant amenities. We enjoyed the overnight with our dog. Lots of room to stretch out and get revived for our continued trip home. We enjoyed having the snack basket! We did not use the hot tub. It is in the back yard and since it was spring, we didn’t feel the surrounding ground was grown in enough so as not to track soil, etc. into the unit.

We had such a wonderful stay at Luke’s place! It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space inside the home and an amazing backyard! The location was great- very walkable area and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Luke was very responsive throughout our stay and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would 100% book again!

Perfect for our quick get away! Reyes recommended the wings at the local cafe and they definitely did not disappoint!! Beautiful area and close to the little beach community so easily walkable! Great spot!

We loved our stay at Bunnydom! The house was beautifully updated (not just a typical Airbnb flip), super clean, well-appointed and cozy for our family of 4 (2 adults, teen & border collie pup). We were greeted with a super sweet welcome basket of snacks and a hand written note– personal touches that made us feel truly welcome. Our very active dog loved the fenced-in yard (it was a little smaller than we expected, but still plenty of room to romp around). The neighborhood is a well-kept, quiet, middle-class suburb, with easy access to the expressway and plenty of options for groceries, carryout, etc… For about the same price as a 3-star hotel, this place is a great value. We travel to Toledo often and will definitely stay at Bunnydom again. Thanks to the hosts for making a great home away from home!

This is our second home when we visit our son at school!! Perfect location and we know what we are getting!! This has been an amazing place for our family to stay!

What a sweet old house! My wife and I were in town with our adult daughter and my elderly mom and this place was ideal. It was so homey and comfortable. We brought our dog along and our host provided towels and other things to make her stay easy.

I’m on my second stay here. Anytime I’m in Toledo, this will be my go to!

The Mini-Mansion is a great stay for smaller groups. Our group has stayed MANY times at Vince and Pathy's Mansion next door. There weren't as many of us this time (only 8) so we decided to give this home a try. It was the perfect size! The dining space and the comfy living room couches were perfect and enough room for us to play games and enjoy long talks. The game room in the basement was an added bonus too. The location is always what also draws us here.... it's central to the spa, downtown, thrift stores, shopping, restaurants etc. We like being at the end of the street which is an easy in and out to wherever our days adventure will take us!

You can watch Eagles!! My husband, the eagle fanatic, was absolutely in awe of the natural surroundings and the amazing views we had from the home... a bottom deck and an upstairs deck off of the master bedroom! Also, the beds were super-duper comfortable and the kitchen and master bathroom were incredibly spacious!

We had an early mother's day weekend here. We have already talked about making it a tradition here! It was such a cozy place and had a lot of character. It was so peaceful on the water. Though one neighbor had anti- Airbnb signs in their window, they said hello to us and were fine so don't worry about that. It is a very quiet area and we loved it. Outside of the home, we went to Toledo Pavillion Glass Museum, Maumee antique mall(put aside hours to see the whole thing!), delish seafood dinner at Angelos, and some nature hikes. A great stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The pool room was a perfect setup to swim, relax, and hang out together. We loved the warm pool, hot tub, and sauna. The saltwater pool was a nice surprise and so much better to be in all day. Our kids loved the play room! They had a fun space all to themselves. With the gym area, this place has it all to keep everyone entertained. Overall, this place was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances. It is an older home so expect some normal wear. For us, it was lovely and perfect. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent amenities for both adults and children.

I had a very relaxing time here. My inquiry was responded to very quickly. I booked roughly 2 hrs before check in. Same day booking. I had no problems at all. The home is set up for guests. From nightlights in the bathroom and hallway to their coffee stand with different coffees, syrups, tea,etc. They even noticed I had a hard time lifting the hot tub top and sent someone over to help. I didn’t even have to ask. I don’t always feel at home some place new but I felt so comfortable and at home there. The owners are very kind and hospitable. I plan on returning for sure
