Vacation rentals with breakfast in Toledo

My family has stayed with Gretchen several times, and we've always had a terrific experience. She is communicative and friendly, and the location is great. You can walk to a few restaurants and coffee shops, and there is a nice river walk just a few blocks away. Plus, her scones are delicious, and they appear like magic outside your door each morning. We'd highly recommend this place!

Chad’s home was absolutely perfect for our holiday visit to the Toledo area. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The beds were super comfy, the shower in the master bedroom was awesome with multiple shower heads and excellent water pressure. Everything we needed for our stay was included (plenty of pots, pans, serving utensils, linens, etc). When we arrived we were surprised to find the fridge and pantry were stocked with some essential items, he even had a mini Christmas tree to help us feel at home during the holidays… loved it!! Best of all, Chad was always quick to reply to any messages. He let us know he was close by just in case we needed anything, yet he still gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. Love this place! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I stayed here with a group of friends for a couple nights including New Years Eve. The place was spotless, comfy and had everything we needed, as described. And the price was great. Just be prepared - this is one of those places with LOTS of house rules, “additional” warnings (definitely check out the toilet paper warning), and threats of added fees (you’ll pay 85% of cost to redo floors if your wet towels stains them), and INSTRUCTION LABELS EVERYWHERE in the house. After much discussion, our group felt it was a little insulting - all these reminders of respectful behavior and how to use household items. It definitely made it harder to relax.

great for a quick work trip. had everything I needed and more to include a giant kitchen. very cost stylish airbnb and a wonderful host who is awesome at communicating. highly recommend!
