The place was better than what was described...quiet apt. with privacy, comfortable bed, with all the essentials you need for a long stay. The area was safe and walkable. There are modes of transportation on two avenues if you need to travel down south. Also a lot of stores nearby providing different services. I would definitely come back!

I highly recommend this place. I stayed the entire month of February 2025. Ana was very responsive and helpful. The building has courteous 24 security staff and an elevator. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apt has a simple setup w/ an equipped kitchen & living room in the same space, a nice bathroom w/ a standing shower, and a large bedroom w/ a desk. The beautiful terrace became my office, dining room, & hangout area. I even moved the TV out there to watch the Super Bowl/soccer games at a low volume. In the afternoons, I sunbathed. It was perfect. The temp in the apt was consistent and easily regulated with the windows. I fell in love with the local neighborhood. Roma and Centro can be expensive and crowded but easily accessed by foot. There's a lovely Mercado down the street, a small store next door, a Lavanderia around the corner, and Ex-Presso Cafe a block away. Two ladies with a stand downstairs made my favorite street tacos. Seek Barrio Chino five blocks away.

The accommodation is very well located, easy to find. Communication with Julio was smooth and the apartment looks like the photos, quite charming. I recommend it.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Within walking distance of downtown. Excellent value for money. Ideal to have two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In addition, a living room with a sofa and dining table. Much better than a hotel room. Communication with Guadalupe we had via WA and on request we got extra towels. Recommended!

Lovely place is a great location. We were walking distance or a quick taxi from all the places we wanted to see. there are also great places to eat within seconds of the apartment. The apartment is small but exactly as described and the bed is large and comfortable. I personally did not sleep nor would recommend sleeping on the couch but it's definitely there as an option. I felt super safe the whole time and had no issues even when I was walking back home at night. The front desk/security is so so kind and welcoming. Overall, great place would recommend.
