This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Their guide book is one of the best I've ever seen and includes tons of food, recreation, and tourism recommendations -- so give it a look! The back porch over the water is where I spent most of my time watching birds, fish, crabs, and even a friendly neighborhood dolphin that swam by looking for food. At night, fish and baby crabs can be seen in the green illuminated water beneath the house and it makes for a really magical evening watching the waves and stars. The bar in this house is also a fun little touch that provides a place to eat, drink, and watch TV at the same time. The bed is REALLY great quality, and super comfy which helped us sleep like babies. If you're concerned at all about whether or not this AirBNB will be well stocked...DO NOT WORRY...they have got you covered honey! Just bring a smile and a good attitude, and they have literally got the rest!

This was our fourth visit in 6 years, and as always, it was wonderful! We have family nearby and young kids, and the house is perfect for relaxed family time by the pool. Jon-Marc and Gigi are so responsive and we appreciate it! We highly recommend this spot.

The home was lovely. Not really an open concept but it worked to have kids downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. The outdoor upstairs patio is the most spacious part of the home. We spent a lot of time out there. The home is on a relatively busy street with people headed to and from the beach - so if you like people watching- you’ve got a great view. The pool space is very disconnected from the home and cramped. It worked good for my teen kids but it would be tough with small kids as you don’t have easy access from the house. Clean beds, clean kitchen. Overall good quality home. Easy access to all the Port A fun!

Lee was a wonderful host who was responsive and helpful with any questions we had! The house was a perfect beach vacay that fit our group of twelve perfectly! Great spot!

Brought my dog down and got a few days of fishing in. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location.

I was enjoying the cottage so much, I extended my stay an extra night! Convenient to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and truly dog-friendly. My pups and I felt right at home!

Very nice place, loved the sleeping arrangements. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was stalked very well and labeled! Would definitely stay again.
