Villa vacation rentals in Tivoli

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for to recover from our long flight and begin our 18 days of travel in Italy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Lady Rose which was only a short walk away. Highly recommend Fabrizio’s apartment!

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb, and overall, it was a great experience. The property was cozy and welcoming, with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The living area was perfect for relaxing, and the bedroom offered a super comfortable bed with soft linens and blackout curtains for restful sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathroom was clean and fancy! The host was fantastic, providing prompt communication and thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and a helpful guidebook with local tips. The property was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay. The only downside was the location. The nearest train station was far, with limited bus options, so we had to rely on costly Uber rides. While the property’s comfort and quality made up for this, transportation added unexpected expenses. We’d recommend this Airbnb for a cozy retreat but suggest considering transport plans if you plan to explore extensively

Elena's house is in a strategic position, very close to the sea. It fully met our expectations and was comfortable to reach and visit the city, but wanted to stay in a quiet place. Thank you Elena for your hospitality and availability.

Our stay here was fantastic! Claudio was a spectacular host - he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything you could ever need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The yard is private and filled with beautiful plants and trees and the rooftop was a wonderful place to get some sun. Claudio and his home made our stay in Italy even better than we could have imagined!

I have never experienced so much kindness, availability, comfort, elegance, refinement, and everything was also very romantic... very rare to find all these things together!!! Thank you.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

The place is simply amazing, it is such a charming house, it makes you feel right at home even though it is such a big house. The pictures dont give credit to the reality, the house is just amazing. The ceilings are high, the kitchen is well equipped and each room has a bathroom. We had an amazing time, and even enjoyed the tennis court. I really recommend it to larger groups that want to spend quality time together.

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

We had a wonderful Easter holiday at Villa White which met all expectations. A very beautiful garden and lots of space in the house. We were 8 people. Great views of the area from the balcony. The weather was too cold to fully enjoy the pool, but decor with the area around the pool was super cozy. The bedrooms were fine, we could have wished for more sofa space in the living room and a few more dishes and dishes in the kitchen. Dario and Emanuella were really nice and helpful. The scenery in the area is very beautiful. There are plenty of excursions nearby by car, and easy to get to Rome. We highly recommend taking a vacation here.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! Certainly was absolutely great discover. The place it’s running by truly warm heart and beautiful people , ambassador of beautiful corner of lazio landscape . This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. We spent a week around New Year's in Nicoletta's Villa and absolutely loved it here!! The place is great, has amazing views over the lake and is very tranquil. It's close enough to Rome for a day trip and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day in the city. In summary: We left completely relaxed and happy and would love to return if we're ever in the area again.
