The apartment is really well located in Fiumicino not far from the main canal, restaurants, caffè and Bars . The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The hosts really responsive and with good communication and instructions. thanks

The location is great, nature is all arround. The beach is within a walkable distance. And the host, went above and beyond to help us out. We had a medical emergency and she did not hesitate to assist... in the end everything turn out ok thanks to her. Totally recomded!!!

the accommodations we're better than described and easy to locate. we had a great time with way more room than we needed. great value for the money and Maria communicated very promptly. Even through my mistakes Maria was very gracious. Highly recommend. we'd definitely stay again on the next visit.

Perfect 1-bedroom, 2nd floor walkup just off the main drag in Fiumicino. We stayed here before our flight out of FCO and both Antonio and Loredana were great. The apartment was just as advertised and they offered to provide a car service for our 6:00 am flight out (we wound up going with Uber). Highly recommend this one!

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Luca’s apartment! The location was absolutely perfect, with many great restaurants just steps away. Getting to the center of Rome and the airport was incredibly easy thanks to the convenient transportation options nearby. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Very comfortable apartment, everything was very clean. Laura made sure of a few special touches, that was very thoughtful. Must take a taxi every where, it’s not a very walkable location. I would stay again next time.

Totally recommend this place, its near from a lot of shops, restaurants and markets. Also lots of options of bus stops to move around. The rooftop is a hidden gem and was nice to get drinks and enjoy peaceful time.

It was a great place to stay that gave us a lot of fun and comfort during our trip to Italy. It has the same furniture and structure as the pictures. The host's kindness and proficient explanation allowed us to have no trouble checking in and out, and we were able to have a perfect trip thanks to picking us up to Rome Termini Station and calling a taxi to Da Vinci Airport. We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. Fabio is a very gracious host! He met us at the airport, drove us through all the traffic and escorted us up into the apartment to explain everything. The area surrounding this 300 year old building has so much to offer. There is a small grocery store across the way as well as a delicious bakery, many restaurants and shops. We walked from the apartment to all the Roman sights on our list and found many more along the way! Returning to the apartment in the evening we we able to put our feet up and relax in the living area. The kitchen was well equipped. We were able to get a good night's rest in the comfortable bed. We hope to return to Rome and this is the home we will return to. Highly recommend Fabios place!

Our stay at Sandra’s was wonderful. Place is as described. It is close to everything. Sandra was very helpful and great at communicating. Sandra provided everything needed for a quick breakfast before leaving the apartment each morning which was super helpful. Beds and bathrooms were very comfortable.

We had a nice short stay at Carlo's with the room and its private bathroom. Carlo was very attentive and we appreciated the breakfast which is rare in Airbnb, everything was perfect . Maryse and Christian

Silvia is great host. Received us very well, the apartment is a few meters from the coliseum which made our stay easier. The building has an elevator, the shower is hot and the bed is comfortable. Thanks for the experience, we definitely recommend it.

The room was spotless / Good quality sheets and towels. She has coffee machine and coffee capsules. It also has a small refrigerator but to preserve some drink or dessert it is perfect. since it does not have a kitchen . The room is ideal , I always stay in this area that is close to everything and also the metro station 1 block away that takes you to Termini (ideal ) . I'll be back ! Thank you Francesca

Paolo is a great person. It helps with everything. Thanks to Paolo in Rome, we never felt like strangers. Room cleaning Nirvana is very great, frankly, I haven't seen another place that provides such a nice tidy, tidy, hygienic place. Glad we stayed. The bus is passing right near the metro, etc. I would definitely stay at the same place on my next visit.

Silvia place is a great place to stay . Silvia is very nice and friendly she even lend me a shawl to use for me . It’s was so Easy to get there , nice and short walk to metro c , just around 10 minutes away from metro , from metro C to Metro A you can get there at city centre of Rome just about 30 to 45 minutes , transportation is very convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby around 5 minutes to walk . The place is clean , and the owner stock some food for breakfast and it was pretty well enough . Silvia’s place will really recommended to anyone who is looking for their vacation to stay .
