This place is very spacious and well lit.. Surroundings are clean and pleasant. Very well suited for family. We had a great time there.. Would love to book it whenever we visit Tirupati in future.

Place is worth for the amount spent. It’s clean and neat. Staff is extremely responsive and very very helpful. Its a best place for families with kids as they have kitchen facility with induction.

Bathrooms need deep cleaning before they get bad Hot beverage consumables may be provided

The property is excellent with all facilities available in and around. Very accessible to nearby shops, markets and Swiggy and Zomato. The property was spick and span when we arrived and the service was really good. The host Mr. Janardhan was very cooperative and accommodative. Few small suggestions would be: To provide to guests a microwave, enough utensils that are used to cook (steel) for induction and to repair loose connections. Otherwise, I have to thank him. It’s worth the visit and stay.

We had a great stay at Pavan’s place! He was very proactive and helpful, always quick to respond and ready to assist. The house was perfect for our family—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort and a great host!

It is as described and same as shown in photos. One can view the Tirumala hill from the balcony all the time. Just 2.5 km from the bus stand and railway station. Mr Viswa is a responsible host.

Good place to stay for family. Host is friendly and responsive. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirupati with family. It is closer to Alpiri gate, entry gate to Tirumala
