I had booked this property for my family trip. The flat was very clean and nicely maintained. Found all the amenities mentioned in the listing. Parking space also available for private vehicles. Property location is extremely convenient for travel as it is situated on a main road of Tirupati. Main Bus Stand is less than 1km and Tirupati Railway station is about 2km. We got good food options nearby in walking distance only. There are many local eateries that serve local Andhra meals and South Indian breakfast. Also got couple of restaurants nearby who provide north Indian food. The staff behavior was very nice, always responsive and polite. Check-In Check-Out process was smooth. Mr. Swaroop is a super host, always there to help and guide. Overall the stay was awesome.!!

Easy check in, responsive host, felt like home. no complaints. My toddler and my parents felt very comfortable with the place. Will definitely comeback to this place.

I had an exceptional stay at Layas's! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm welcome. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook my own meals. The location was perfect—close to all the major temples, yet quiet and peaceful. Suneel and his parents were very hospitable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
