absolutely would book again if in the area. House was very clean, lots of great amenities such as Wifi, some streaming apps, and coffee. Peaceful area and we also got a visit from a neighbors cat.

Our second stay here and it never disappoints! Arnie is so easy to work with and his place is always clean and just as he described! Go stay with Arnie! Place is beautiful!

Everything about this place was a ten. It was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. The parking was great for our trailer. Jennifer was an absolutely outstanding host. Great communication. Plan to stay with her again. You can tell she put a lot of hard work into this place to make guest feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Had trouble with the door code when we arrived, HOWEVER host was super responsive and we got it cleared up and enjoyed our stay. In fact, we enjoyed the house so much that we are staying another week.

This place was a wonderful, country getaway. Mary Jo was very respectful and responsive to all of our inquiries. If you love the country life, this place is a must! Be sure to bring mosquito spray! 😁

Great place to stay if you want to be on Reelfoot Lake to go fishing, Duck Hunting, Eagle Watching or just relaxing!

A lot of parking. We had 2 boats and 4 vehicles with room for more! Perfect lakeside cabin. Only issue is that there are A LOT of mosquitoes on that back patio, I get we’re at the lake, but it’s almost absurd how many bugs are back there due to the standing water from lack of drainage. Other than that the cabin is great for bigger gatherings!

The house was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room for us 4. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking and the fridge was clean for all our food and drinks. Clean bathrooms 2 showers and clean fresh towels. Will be coming back in the future for another fishing trip.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! First of all, the hosts were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The house itself is huge, in the perfect location, and 100% worth the money. I’ve stayed in Airbnbs all over the world, and this one truly stands out. I especially loved the cozy fire pit and the convenience of having a washer and dryer—no coming home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes! The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware, which made cooking a breeze. Again, thank you so much for an incredible stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone! Also, we found out that the owner is a guide and we are going to definitely book him next time . That’s my only regret is that we didn’t book him this time.

Were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to spend a lot of time there , but enjoyed catching fish from the dock . Betty was so kind and helpful .

We loved being right on the water and close to a boat ramp. Also the bait store right next door was super convenient and the people working were helpful as well.

We arrived late at night but it was super easy to find and access according to instructions. We felt right at home with a cozy vibe! Host was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend.

Super cute and spacious home in nice neighborhood close to necessities and easy to travel to surrounding areas. Clean with lots of niceties in the home if you forget anything. Comfy sleeping and full kitchen.

All of the great reviews are accurate. If I'm back in Martin, this place is first on my list of places to stay. Great place, amazing host.
