Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Bryan’s place is a beautiful, cute, cozy apartment! It is nestled in safe, quiet, beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous brick homes. The decorations were peaceful including tranquil wooded scenes. The furniture was comfortable. We had everything we needed and there were thoughtful touches, too. The location was perfect! It was an easy quick drive to Liberty University. We would love to come back again!

Stayed here with our teen son while visiting Liberty as a prospective university. Nice that he had a separate room from ours. Kitchen had just what we needed for a simple microwaveable dinner and making our own breakfasts. In a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if we ever come to Lynchburg.

Top apartment, terrific location. It's a comfortable place with a well-organized and equipped kitchen, a lovely new bathroom, and glistening polished floors throughout. The location is great, a six-minute walk if that from downtown Lexington and nice restaurants. There's also an ample balcony with adirondack chairs though it was too cool for us to use it. We would happily return.

If I could give a separate host rating, I would give Mary Ann 10 stars. I couldn’t have felt more welcome, and I even got a full tour of the city. I am a remote worker, so having a dedicated office is such a luxury. I was able to relax on the weekends without thinking about work. This is a great place, especially for an extended stay. It’s comfortable, in a great neighborhood, and I have paid twice the price for places nowhere near as nice. It was exactly the escape I needed after the holidays, and I would not hesitate to book again.

This location was perfect for a weekend visit with our Hokie. We walked easily to/from downtown for the events we attended. Accommodations were quaint and clean, as described. Will definitely book again!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The surroundings were gorgeous, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and there were fresh-made cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts proactively gave clear instructions for where to park and how to get inside, and recommended their favorite local restaurant. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, and they even provided a clean, well-maintained gas grill. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to the area!

great place, great price

This was a great place for our family to stay while we were in town. We are a family of 4 kids so it’s nice when all 6 of us have a bed to sleep in. Katie’s place was very clean and welcoming. She was a great host, very good communication and had some nice recommendations for places to eat. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the out door patio was a good retreat for some quiet in the evening. If heading to Lynchburg again, we would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

Above average place with nice linens and great coffee supplies. Walkable to town, very nice neighborhood. Well decorated.

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is only a 30 minute drive into Appomattox. It was a great value and is a perfect place for one person or a couple to stay. The apartment has everything you need and Rebecca even had a homemade loaf of banana bread waiting for me upon arrival. It was delicious. Thank you Rebecca. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the Appomattox, Lynchburg area I highly recommend this apartment.

Ronald’s place was perfect for us! We came to the area for a dog trial and the farm setting was great for our dogs. It was soo comfortable of a place to stay, from the comfy couch to the fireplace (thermostat-controlled). It was extremely quiet and convenient for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

The place was really special. The view from the balcony was picturesque. I was just sorry I had to work and couldn't spend more time taking in the views. Michelle did a great job communicating with me. Everything was exactly as proposed. The place had everything I needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and spices. The home was very clean and very cozy. There is a neighboring town about 15 minutes away, so there were plenty of food and grocery options. It is a perfect remote get away.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cambell’s Crest! The apartment is much bigger than I realized, plenty of room to spread out and get settled for your stay. The washer and dryer were a helpful addition and we absolutely enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was just right and we enjoyed cooking several meals there. Quiet hours were quiet with no interruptions. Quiet neighborhood too. If the sound of little feet pitter pattering on the floor isn’t your thing you might choose another place, but we absolutely loved hearing those little feet that reminded us of our children when they were little. Plenty of parking too. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lenora is very responsive and the unit is just as she described it. The grounds around the buildings are spacious and offer a beautiful view of Smith Mountain across the lake. Great value!

Perfect location - easy walk to campus. The apartment is brand new and spotless. Carol has everything you would need. This is a great place if you are visiting for a football game or graduation. We will definitely be back!
