Vacation rentals in Campbell County

This is a beautiful, remote getaway. This is not a place to go if you want 10 restaurants in walking distance; this is a place to get away from the rest of the world and relax in gorgeous natural surroundings. Everything was in great condition; we made full use of the kitchen to bake bread and pizza, and played down in the arcade for a good chunk of our weekend. I particularly want to call out the host's flexibility: we visited during a winter storm, snowing us in such that we couldn't get out until late the final day of our stay. The host was completely understanding and we felt no pressure to leave given the unusual situation. To that point, note that the driveway is very steep and relatively narrow; if you're arriving in the rain or at night it'll pay to be extra careful. But it's absolutely worth it!

Beautiful place and location. We loved how bright the inside was and all the windows. everything we needed was stocked. TVs, Internet, electric fireplace, beds and furniture, and great kitchen. Location was great for Liberty, hiking, and restaurants. Easy to get to rental. Spencer was very friendly and responsive. Great experience.

We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb properties over the years. Mountain View was GREAT!!! VERY Spacious and comfortable. The property had views that were terrific. Large open green meadow views to frame in the Peaks of Otter in the distance. Outside chairs make that view relaxing after exoring Lynchburg and surroundind towns like Bedford. Dedicated parking was convenient. Inside the property it is VERY Spacious and most comfortable. The property is perfect for a couple seeking relaxation and privacy. But because of it's Spacious Layout several couples can not feel crowded. This property and location was very accommodating and is a rare find and the hosts saw to our every need.

Great little house. Gorgeous property. The extra touches - such as welcome basket, hot cocoa bar and coffee/tea were much appreciated. Will certainly return.

My wife and I stayed here and loved it. Our host Angelique was extremely helpful upon our arrival and the house was stocked with drinks and snacks. We truly felt at home here and will be back next year

We’ve been staying at this house for three years now!! My family lives in DC, and it’s become our tradition to meet at Lisa’s place for Christmas vacation. The house is conveniently located to a lot of shopping - Target, BN, Best Buy, and grocery stores. The mall is also near and has multiple options to entertain kids. We absolutely love the amount of space in the home to accommodate our three families. This was also our first year being able to enjoy the backyard, and the kids loved the fire pit.

A secluded getaway was exactly what our group of friends needed. We had 3 couples, one baby, and two dogs. The fenced in area was great for the dogs to use the RR. We visited about a week after the big snow that hit the southeast in early January, so while the roads had some ice and there was still some icy-snow mix on the ground, it wasn't too hard for our SUV's to get up the hill to the AirBnb. There are a couple different spaces within the house that are good for playing games and socializing. The kitchen was easy to use for cooking meals for the group, and it was well-stocked with enough kitchen equipment to cook those meals. Thanks Dan & Lisa!

This Airbnb was perfect for a family with children. It was cozy and very accommodating. It came with a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. Extra blankets, lots of towels, and nice extra added touches like a coffee/tea bar, bathroom supplies and children's toys. The hosts were kind and responsive and even checked in on our family during the winter storm to see if we needed anything and wanted some food/snacks just in case. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay. Its location is very convenient to Liberty University. The kitchen is beautiful. I stayed in the room with the queen bed. It was extremely comfortable. The house is warm and cozy. We would definitely stay at this location again.
