Oceanfront Nye Beach Retreat Too Newport, Oregon

Super clean and ready for guests! Recently updated with hardwood floors. This place is perfect and will feel like your own! I love giving my guests the 5 star treatment. If you have a larger party I have a unit next door as well. So you could have a party of up to 8 all in the same area. Just message me for anything- I can usually accommodate! Pool as well as beach access right out back! *pool closes October 15th for the winter* I'm always available via the air bnb app. I'm extremely responsive and I try to accommodate most requests. Nye Beach is one of the Oregon Coast's hidden gems, featuring lots of local attractions. Swim, surf, and kayak and play on the beach, or spend time exploring the historic Bayfront area or Oregon Coast Aquarium. Bring your bikes and cruise up the the Yaquina Bay bridge and over to the Bayfront or just drive. You can walk to all the restaurants shops in Nye Beach. There is some great food just a block away. Please note all guests when reserving so that I can make the onsite manager aware who is staying so that you have full access to the private beach access and pool. There are no pets. Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping on the entire premise. There is a site manager and he will enforce if he sees a violation. You will be asked to leave without refunds. This unit is on the second floor and there is no access with a elevator. Please make note of this- there are only stairs.

Located in the quaint Nelscott neighborhood the house is walking distances to shops, restaurants, the oregon coast's largest bookstore, and Theatre West. There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks.
