We LOVED Kelli's place and are already looking to book it again. Having bedrooms upstairs was great for those of us that like to sleep in, and how could you not on beds that cozy! These were seriously the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced with airbnb. The hot tub was wonderful, the location was ideal, and the spacious living room was great for playing games. The kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was no dish washer, but that didn't take away from our culinary experience! With the windows open the traffic was a little loud, but that's unavoidable and with all the other positive attributes it didn't dampen our vacation at all. We love Rockaway and this was a perfect house to enjoy all the little town has to offer. 10/10 would rent again.

This place was a perfect get away for our family. Great for all ages… 3 to 75 😁. My kids cooked all the meals there and it was a well stocked and spacious kitchen. Better than we imagined! We loved the solitude, and we lucked out…the blackberries were in! Perfect for snacks and breakfast cobblers!

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

A perfect Bed and Breakfast experience! Lex is a wonderful host, full of life and love and a deep connection to her home. The house is clean and bright and walking distance to the beach! I will absolutely return to Katie's House for all my future visits to Oceanside.

Ever since our first trip to Annie’s place, we’ve been eager to return since. It’s so welcoming and it truly is the best place to unplug and enjoy life. From the fire pit outside and the wood burning stove inside, it truly sets an amazing ambiance. She’s always so accommodating and you truly can just show up and know that you won’t have a worry in the world. Stop reading this review and just book your perfect getaway!

Steve and Marian's Carriage House is truly a special place. We reserved the Surrey Room. No one was in the other room, so we had the common area to ourselves. All areas were spotless. From the welcome tour by Steve to the accommodations, everything was warm and inviting. And the breakfast was outstanding! If you are looking for peace and quiet, The Carriage House is a place you will want to experience.

Bonnie's place was absolutely wonderful! The sunset from the deck was fabulous, as was sitting in the hot tub! It was very comfortable and clean. She was great at getting us in at the very last minute, it was greatly appreciated! Would love to return when we have more time. Thank you! 💐☺️

Our stay was wonderful! We love Manzanita and this house was such a cozy, clean, high-end treehouse. The host was very communicative and we had all the information we needed. We had one issue with the coffee maker not working the first morning, but they dropped off a new one right away! The beds were really comfortable and all the appliances/ cookware etc. were high quality. Really nice house. Note that the common area is up a big set of stairs, so lots of hauling your stuff to the main floor and not accessible for folks with mobility limitations. Overall, a perfect stay! Thanks for having us!

Our stay was wonderful! We love Manzanita and this house was such a cozy, clean, high-end treehouse. The host was very communicative and we had all the information we needed.
