We had a lovely stay at Jaime and Rosa's. Jaime was very responsive and always available to answer our questions, provide us with what we needed and give us advice.

My family and I thank Sandra for allowing us to stay at her house, the place is true to the photos and description, Sandra is a very accessible and polite person, she was always attentive to absolutely everything, the pool has hot water, the house is quite spacious and has more than the necessary and essentials, we are quite satisfied, we hope to return soon.

i especially appreciated that the property is on one level and has very spacious spaces, which makes it ideal for people with reduced mobility. my dad felt very comfortable in the house. the pool with hot water is a delight! Eduardo, the host, very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. we'd like to return real soon!

It is the second time we have stayed at Martha's house and I leave us again very satisfied, her home is very well maintained, ideal to rest and enjoy the weather of Cuernavaca. When we arrived we realized that the bathrooms had been remodeled and these are updated and with good water pressure. And the hosts are always attentive to any needs. We look forward to coming back again.

The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

I loved the house, it definitely exceeded my expectations, and I had a great weekend. The house comes with everything and Balduino was a very attentive host and always available for everything I needed. The pool is amazing and the boiler is always working at 100, I highly recommend it for everything... I will definitely be back soon.

Excellent location, communication with Violeta was always attentive and helpful, the center is a 5 minute drive away and you find a lot of variety. The house is in good condition, only the pool needed a little cleaning and you should bring insect repellent because there are too many bugs. Violeta was very nice, when we arrived she offered us repellent and had already put out a couple of raidolitos. I recommend it, suitable for relaxing and for families. In addition, the ones who enjoyed the house the most were my children and my dogs, the huge hot patio allows you to play. I would definitely go back.

It has very nice gardens. The soccer field is really cool and we really enjoyed the grill on the terrace next to the pool.

Everything was amazing, Carlos was always very friendly, flexible and attentive. Elena, who works to help with cleaning and cooking, is a delight. We all love her. She was always attentive, kind and very willing to help. The house is very practical and comfortable. The only thing is the issue of the curtains and the light that comes in in the morning, but only that.

It was a real pleasure to spend the weekend in this house. The place was spotless. All the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. The bathrooms are very spacious and the water pressure in the showers is perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and garden. Overall it was a wonderful and we received great service from the people who take care of the house and the hosts. A highly recommended place and we would definitely love to book with them again.

The spaces are comfortable, the house is clean, the green areas are clean, the rooms have their own bathroom which helps with privacy, the general areas are well-lit, there are some details like in all houses where you might find a blown-out light bulb, however it does not affect the functionality or the activities that are carried out. a very comfortable home

Excellent service from Richard and Manolo! I celebrated my birthday at this place and had an amazing time, especially because of Manolo's attention and kindness. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back 🤩
