Incredible 3 bedroom River Paradise! Amazing three bedroom, 2500 sq. ft home with a wrap- around deck overlooking the river with breathtaking views. The home is stunning with an enormous living room and bedroom suite. Nestled in the woods on 7 acres, you will feel as if you are in a tree house! There is a bridge and trails that lead down to the river. There is also a gazebo and fire area on site. Airbnb no longer allows hosts to allow parties or large gatherings of more than 16 people.

Downtown Estate Luxury Property

This is a Downtown Estate with Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna. Guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. We have a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Gaming Table, Library, Piano and Sleeps 17 people in beds. Every room has a Smart TV and we have a Smart TV on the side porch. We are 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to SLU. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge. We have over 225 5 star reviews.

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Gorgeous modern decor with a dining table to seat 8 for an elegant dinner!! 3 king beds and one queen bed with wonderful mattresses for the best sleep making it your home away from home. All lamps have usb plugs and a goodie basket for you to use things you may have left at home. Plenty of parking on the property and the home has a garage. Great experience , the camper was clean, had snacks, a few teas and water. There was coffee and many more treats including fresh eggs, strawberries (it’s Strawberry festival ) so that was a very nice treat and bathroom amenities. John was very prompt with responses and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

I cannot praise John and Karen enough for their hosting of us as guests in their charming home. When weather threatened to upset up my daughter’s wedding departure plans, John and Karen not only saved the day, but made it better than we ever could have imagined by decorating their boat and picking up the newlyweds from Abita Roasting!!! Their kindness and generosity blessed our family greatly! Their home is comfortable and equipped with everything you could need, and it is located close to several wonderful restaurants. I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, and I sincerely hope you get to spend some time with John and Karen!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My girls loved this place! The house had plenty of amenities, and the owner was very responsive with the few questions we had. Easy check in and Easy to find because the instructions are very clear and precise. Not to far to hit up New Orleans and Baton Rouge located right between them, and then get home to a peaceful location! Would definitely stay there again

My fiancé and I travelled from out of state to attend the Taylor swift concert. Staying anywhere near the venue was so expensive This place was a great price for what you get! It was about 40 minutes from the Superdome and about 50 mins from Bourbon street. It was a cute home! Beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. Very big kitchen area too! Lisa was great! She was so easy to get ahold of. The pictures were very accurate and in my opinion it was almost better than what the pictures showed! We had a great stay! The District was so good too! Amazing drinks and food and you can walk there. We saw a Mexican restaurant right behind the District but did not go. It looked good though! The only thing I will say is besides those two places there was not much to do.

We stayed here for a week and a half. The place was a nice cozy cottage with everything we needed. It was a rural setting with a very large yard and porch. Although it was too cold when we visited , it would have been perfect to sit on the porch at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb and our hosts! I hesitate to put the greatest review of this place, so that we can make sure it’s available next year for our annual horse show in Folsom. ;) The place is immaculate and the surroundings are the so incredibly peaceful. Our hosts are so kind and helpful. Cannot wait to visit again next year!
