Comfortable and very neat accommodation, in a small residence of 5 apartments with pool. We are the owners of the 5 apartments that we use only for vacation rentals. The residence is close to the beach and 5 minutes' walk to La Marina Rubicón. We have 3 ground floor apartments and individual terrace for each and 2 upstairs apartments with large balcony.

Perfecta ubicación, a 200 m de la mejor playa de la isla (playa de bandera azul, socorristas, sombrillas..). Restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas...Con aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Es mi propio apartamento de vacaciones, que alquilo cuando no voy, por lo que está perfectamente equipado. Ideal parejas o familias con niños

We were very satisfied, the accommodation (house) was extremely clean and well maintained and the residential complex quiet; the house was very easy to find, parking right in front of the entrance. Ivan was very friendly, gave us a good recommendation for beaches and immediately explained the technology in the house. We would come back.

We had a lovely week here in March - a holiday with my parents who are both in their 80’s. We loved the space the villa gave us. The pool was ideal and the outside space lovely and peaceful. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and promenade. Derek & Tracy were fantastic hosts, organising transport to & from airport which really helped me out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, we hope to return again soon!

Beautiful place to stay! The apartment is very large and has a unique style. We felt very comfortable right away. The roof terrace has an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Patrick is a very good host. The communication was fast, uncomplicated and very likeable. The house is an absolute recommendation for larger groups! A very quite area next to the far end of the harbour, beautiful apartment looking out to sea, very comfortable beds, everything there to stay a week plus, within 6 min walk to all the harbour restaurants and bars, a well stocked little supermarket within a 3 min walk, and an amazing balcony to sit and just watch the world go by, and it gets the full arc of the sun from sunrise to sunset, bad points…. Nope not a one! See you again Lucia

Tomás is an excellent host, responding to all messages in a prompt and efficient manner. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it is the perfect location for exploring the local area being a short distance from the marina where there are many restaurants to choose from. A relaxing walk along the promenade to the lighthouse is recommended and an ideal spot for watching the impressive sunsets.

Had a beautiful stay at this apartment. Jeroen and Yana went the extra mile to make sure our holiday went smoothly, primarily by rapidly answering a few question on social media. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Plenty of storage space as well. Right in the middle of the strip made it ideal to go everywhere. The beach was a couple of minutes away. However the apartment had a shared swimming pool for about 11-12 apartments. It was a tad cold for me in mid February but that could be just me. I truly give them 5 stars.
