The following comfort has been given to the use of the accommodation. 1. Go not far from Midding (Koreatown) 2. There is a nearby Korean market 3. With WinMarket, a local market. There are many fruits and crabs in the accommodation complex, High Land, a local Vietnamese franchise coffee shop is close by. 4. Use the beautiful lake promenade when walking 5. Smoking on the terrace 6. Conveniently use the living utensils specified in the description at the time of booking (Rice cooker, electric kettle, electric induction, pot, frying pan, chopstick, spoon, hair dryer, etc.....) 7. Good host who is friendly and responsive

Very nice place close to lots of restaurants and stores

The property has amazing city view. Its actually little far from main city but its fine as we chose this. Its really difficult to find spacious property in old quarters. We used grab and price was not that much high. The best part is that host provided drinking water.

It is a perfectly equipped accommodation.Highly recommended for those coming for business.The airport pick up service was also booked by the host, so it was convenient.

We e de deliberately chose to stay in the ocean park area as we had other personal business to do in the area, even though it’s far from the main tourist areas of Hanoi, so keep this in mind. That being said, the area is walkable and an especially nice walk is from the apartment to the Vincom Megamall in the early evening past the lakes and there are some nice restaurants and coffee shops to visit along the way in this very new suburban area. The apartment also is well equipped modern and clean with a big bathroom and shower and of course the Netflix is great too. A great stop for a couple of days of peace and quiet away from the super busy central Hanoi.

Nice place on good location

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

It was convenient because it was close to Korea Town, and the quick response was good.

Solo female traveler. A great base for a 2+ week stay in Hanoi outside of the tourist center, but easily accessible by Grab bike/car. Apartment exactly matched pictures/description, and the building is very secure. Good location for access to shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, etc. Reliable wifi for video calls. Mattress and couch are both quite firm. Responsive & helpful host. Would recommend if you're looking to get a taste of life in Hanoi outside of the Old Quarter. I use Sansan's apartment every time I visit Hanoi. This place is very clean and in a comfortable location. I rested well for 3 nights and 4 days.

We stayed one night at the apartment with a very late check-in time. The apartment was extremely clean, located in a luxurious and clean residential area. I could not have hoped for better cleanliness and a pefect, kind agent. Mark helped me get a taxi from the airport, advised me on the best places in Hanoi, and suggested great tourist attractions. Communication with him was excellent and responses were quick. He was able to help us resolve various issues promptly despite the late hour. Thanks Mark, will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s apartment! The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of local shops and friendly people, which made us feel like true locals. Everything we needed was conveniently available within a 2-minute walk. Helen is an exceptional host, taking care of everything from arranging our airport transfers to ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality were truly top-notch. Five stars simply aren’t enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay. We found ourselves missing the place as soon as we left for the airport. Our overall experience was absolutely perfect, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

He always responded quickly and addressed my requests quickly, so I had a comfortable stay.

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.
