Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth.
