Cool apartment, easy to check in, everything you need and close to most things via Grab

Our stay was great. Host is very nice to talk to. The property was very clean. It’s a cozy property but well kept. There are 4 floors in total. 1st floor - Bedroom with Bath 2nd floor - Living area with Kitchen 3rd floor - 2 Bedrooms with 2 Baths 4th floor - 2 Bedroom with 2 Baths Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Bathrooms were clean. Bedsheets were nicely washed. Would definitely recommend it to someone who is particular about hygiene & cleanliness.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb. The hosts are super responsive and helpful! The property was so nice & packed with resources, my family & I had the time of our lives!

Hieu’s place was incredible. Everyone in our group loved the open kitchen and pool on the top floor. All the rooms were great. Elevator was a plus! Will definitely stay here again when back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Austin and Vanessa’s stunning home! The design and decor is simply amazing and so well thought out. Austin and Vanessa were very helpful and responsive with any queries we had and provided some great recommendations for where to go in the area. As the home is located outside the city centre it’s more peaceful but that also means it’s a bit further away from some of the classic tourist sites but it’s so easy to catch a grab or taxi that it doesn’t really matter. I’d highly recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay at Kem’s House! The apartment was cozy, clean, and in a fantastic location—perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. The concierge was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is so clean. It was good value for money, and the nearby tourist attractions could be moved to Grab, and it was nice that it was quiet. I had a good rest before going.

It’s a new listing in a very new, and luxurious building. The apartment had very modern amenities including a bidet and washer/dryer. Only problem is the construction above. Since it’s still very new, the apartments are still being built out so there was a lot of banging noises Monday-Sat, starting early at 7:30-8am. If you are planning to stay here, take that into account. Once the construction is done, this apartment will be an amazing place to stay. I would rebook again.

We had 2 apartments booked and really liked the apartments and the location that it was situated in. The only thing I want to call out is that some elements of the apartment needed maintenance. Not anything major but just minor fixed. Also the master bedroom bathroom drainage is not great as there is a lot of water buildup when you shower. Need to find a solution for this. Other than this we loved the stay. Location is perfect. It's in District 3 and just the right distance away for the hustle and bustle of District 1.

Third stay here and won’t be my last. Everything is just right from the owner to the staff to the units and the location. Full recommend

I loved it so much the first time I came back. The apartment is clean, bright and airy. Feels like home and is a great location near the mall with a supermarket and lots of amenities. Cam was as responsive as the first time and even arranged for a cleaning in the middle of my stay. It’s about 40 minutes away from the city which allows for a nice long bike ride home to enjoy the surroundings and the lights. This truly is a wonderful apartment

Great apartment with very nice and clean layout. The location is close enough to the center and there are some restaurants, coffee shops and market just steps from the building. The host are very nice and responsive. I'm glad I picked this place to stay. Thanks.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

The room was fantastic. It looked just like the photos and everything was spotless and fully furnished. Also, the landlord gave me a lot of enthusiastic support.

The host is very responsive and well-organized. The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, with a nice view of the inner garden pool. I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in that area. It’s also conveniently located, with short walking distances to shopping malls, food outlets, a supermarket, a golf driving range, and amusement parks.

I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s apartment! The place was clean, spacious, and very homey, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The area is peaceful at night, with supermarkets nearby, and the building has great amenities like a pool, gym, and laundry facilities. Kim was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. It’s easy to take a Grab bike taxi into the city, and ordering food on Grab was super convenient. While it’s a bit farther from the city center, the quiet and comfort more than make up for it. Highly recommend this lovely spot—I’ll definitely stay here again!
