The 3 story apartment house in district 1 was conveniently near tons of restaurants, cafes, and the market, which has some stands for fruits or basics open 24 hours. The house was as described, and we were able to leave heavy bags on the ground floor, avoiding carrying them up the stairs. Our host, Le, was very responsive and provided clear instructions easy to follow both for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix and all the hosts were super helpful and everything was well communicated. They responded quickly and even helped us get a taxi from the airport. They were very helpful and insightful of our needs. The location was clean and everything was well prepared. I would recommend!

The day we arrived it was terrible. Raining like hell... Pouring everywhere but the instructions were clear, precise... Accurate. However I did not have a SIM card.. Nor WiFi. How did I manage then? The neighbours.. We came across 3 neighbours who were there to help. Phoning to THAO. Just to mention that the surroundings is safe and you feel at home. The other days, things went much better. Now we had SIM and WiFi. Everything went like a breeze. Easy. THAO even booked a tour for us... Wonderful half day. THAO is very supportive, proactive and.... Discrète which my whole family did appreciate. The room is as described. Neat and functional. It is not a 5 star hotel but for the price you pay I must consider myself lucky and the place is worth every penny you pay. There is food stalls and restaurants everywhere. You can walk at night. Mind you I came with my wife and daughter and I never felt unsecure. Do not think twice... Grasp the homestay before it's gone.

Tan Lap's place is absolutley first class we would highly recommend it for a stay near Saigon. The apartment is very modern and has all the amenities you could need. It is even better than the pictures. The pool was a real bonus for relaxing at the end of a busy trip. We enjoyed using the BBQ and just sitting outside. Tan Lap is a great host and helped us with getting groceries and also offered to let us use his bikes (but we got Grab cars which was very efficient). He is super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to chill out near Saigon and the CuChi tunnels this is it - look no further.

This is the perfect place for an extended stay! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and the local market. The people here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I absolutely loved the room’s interior design—cozy and stylish. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is small but clean, very comfortable, and has several thoughtful amenities. Free water was a real plus! It's in a great location, too--easy to walk to District 1 sites. Also, Mr. Anh, one of the hosts, was exceptionally attentive and responsive to our questions and requests. We felt very well taken care of. Would stay again!

Great location as family could all be close together. The building next door might prevent the views but it also keeps the place cool however, you can still appreciate the views from the rooftop. Thank you Kate for having as stay at your place.

Very good apartment to have a peaceful staycation and relax. All is easy and new. The facilities are great and very close to all major places in District 1 Much recommended. Check with owner if the access to the pool is still allowed as they are closing access soon for short term renting. Thank you again

Lovely apartment, very homely, very clean and comfortable. Lovely little touches like a bedside lamp and some noodles and coffee etc. Would recommend! Also located very close to the Mall which has a brilliant supermarket on the bottom floor. Nice swimming pool.

We loved this neighbourhood as soon as we arrived. It had a great vibe and we felt like one of the locals. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance to the apartment. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean - perfect for our needs as a family of five. The kids loved it! Circadian provided spot on and easy to follow instructions for check in, which made the start of our stay hassle-free. We really enjoyed our time staying here. The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. We selected May's flat because it was situated in one of the towers in our son's apartment complex - Diamond Island. Since we were visiting him and his family for 3 weeks, we wanted a place that was nearby (a 5 minute walk to our son's flat), but also had a sense of privacy. We were thoroughly pleased with our decision. The flat was in excellent condition and was fully deserving of its 5-star AirBNB rating. May was also an excellent and highly responsive host who quickly responded to our queries . We plan to return to HCMC for another visit next year and hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of May's flats again.

The owners are extremely cute. Extremely responsive. Lun supports when I need it. If I have a chance, I will definitely visit again 😆

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

It's a lovely new building. Gorgeous facilities (Pool, Gym, Door Staff, Garden). Because it's a brand new flat, there were a couple kitchen items I needed to request (drying-rack, extra plates) They were extremely responsive and delivered whatever I needed immediately. True, the apartment is smaller then older apartments in D2, but for me the superb facilities and new fit-out make up for it. Definitely request an apartment with a "River view"....it's bright, quiet and you can watch the ships go by. The neighbourhood is friendly with all the shops you need and feels like a little-village. Highly recommend.
