I stayed at Sam’s place for 10 days. It was a great location very clean. He had proper bedding. He had good heaters. It was a little cold at night in Los Angeles. When I stayed there. Parking was great. It was on the premises so didn’t have to worry about street parking , the Neighborhood is pretty quiet and its a great location i would definitely stay there again. It was a really good street also that the apartment is located on and there is a grocery store only a block away. Good restaurants on Sunset three blocks away.

Fantastic stay at Ana Maria’s place! Conveniently located, charming and cozy space. More than enough room to feel at home. Snacks were great :) Very easy street parking was a relief!

Barbara ‘s place is a listing I will remember! I felt right at home in her cozy apartment as she greeted me with lovely Mau Mau the cat. So many amenities! Snacks, cereals, yogurt, plenty of coffee pods for the keurig machine, bathroom also fully stocked … I only had to bring my toothbrush. The place was quiet, the bed comfortable and Mau Mau is a true gem. I will be back!

What a beautiful location, walking distance to many great restaurants and serene beach! Home is as advertised with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting for a game at SOFI or a beach vacation.

Dave was a great host and place was as described. Great location. Easy parking. Dave was very responsive. And the fact that there was a convenience store steps from the apartment was an added bonus.

Our family had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week at Bradley's apartment. Bradley's father Robert was there to greet us and was warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was as described and very clean. Parking was easy with the provided permit. The location was fantastic - tons of fun restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The beautiful beach was a few blocks away down the hill and we appreciated Bradley providing beach chairs and towels for our use. We loved Manhattan Beach and will definitely be back!

This has been our home away from home and we have stayed there many times over the last 9 years. Marc and Kurt are kind, friendly and always available if needed. The home is lovely, well equipped and parking is a breeze. This historic neighborhood is quite and very safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Thank you both for your hospitality.

The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking. And, the location was superb. Extremely short drive to all that Malibu offers. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We would stay here again.

I unfortunately couldn’t stay or even check in because of work, but prior to that Steve was very helpful. He was quick to respond to my questions about early check in and understanding when I couldn’t stay. I look forward to one day booking here again for my next event and actually being able to check in haha.

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming Pasadena home! From the moment I arrived, I felt immediately welcomed. The house is not only beautifully decorated but also has such a cozy, homely feel to it. The outdoor space was an added bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is ideal, too—just a short distance from great local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Amazing staff, Alejandra is and absolute gem. Super hard working, literally came to drop off the keys 3 hours earlier due to a change of plans (on my part) without any frustration. The spot is clean as a whistle and beautiful. I enjoyed it so much I did the laundry for them just to be nice! The only gripe I have was the apartment not having a cash app code somewhere so I could have left a tip, I rarely carry cash but they would have deserved it!

Great spot in Glendale with easy freeway access and walking distance to the Americana and Galleria. Feels very spacious and has a balcony. Nice pool and hot tubs. Two great gyms. Had a hiccup with losing a wallet after check out and hosts were immediately responsive which was so helpful.

I have stayed with them before and will stay with them again. Very accurate and never any false information. All too often you find people lying all the time on Airbnb but this company is honest and great on every point. Love their places. Cozy, warm, always everything you need is there, good areas, very responsive should you need additional things. Five out five

The apartment was everything I expected, very clean and spacious. I was a little scared because I never received the address to the apartment but instead to the Carl’s Jr across the street. The host was very friendly but I do agree that showing you around was a bit much. My only recommendation is to check with him regarding checkout. I had to send one of the keys back because my flight was very early and I did not get instructions on how to check out. But other than that everything was great and I definitely recommend this Airbnb.
