The place was as described. I like the little details that were in the home like a full size mirror..towels..snacks, etc. I also loved how comfortable the bed was. I came to reset as I have a stressful job and was able to do so. I was able to get the rest I needed along with peace. The place is like an apartment that was decorated with taste.

Nice and quiet basement suite close to Boulder. Allison made me feel right at home and the suite is very comfortable. It is easy to reach from the bus station that connects Lafayette to Boulder and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Downtown Lafayette is worth a visit and not far away. Allison answered all my questions and adressed any concerns I had right away. The house was easy to find and check-in and check-out went without trouble. The suite looks the same as in the pictures, the appliances are as described. The kitchen is suitably equipped for longer stays. I would definitely stay here again and do recommend it, thanks for having me!

Perfect place to stay for a night passing through. Check-in was super easy and the place was conveniently located. We walked to a cute cafe just around the corner for breakfast which was delicious! Would stay again.

Staying at Drew & Chelsea's place was a wonderful experience. Everything is neat and clean, the instructions are very thorough. I didn't catch them during the stay but I would love to book their place again in the future.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Portia was kind and inviting and very responsive to anything that we needed. She even went above and beyond to bring my boyfriend Pedialyte and ginger ale when he was under the weather. Wendy’s place had just what we needed for a fun weekend in Boulder! Parking was easy, place was cozy and clean, Wendy was a great host, and we found it very walkable to almost everything we wanted to do.

My daughter and I were a bit hesitated because the idea of staying in a strangers home would be awkward. But we are so glad we tried it. Is completely private. You have your own entrance to the back yard and to the guest suite. The hosts are super respectful of your space and privacy. The hot tub was hot and ready when we arrived, ropes and sandals are provided, love the TV outside right by the hot tub. We used the gas grill to cook, (host was so nice to come and turn it on for me) there was a charcoal and a smoker also . It was a really nice experience and would definitely rent it again. Host was helpful, responsive and respectful, I wish I can give more starts. If you still thinking about it just do it. Is so worth it. The inside is cozy, both beds are really comfortable, kitchen is beautiful and had everything I need it to cook dinner and some eggs from their chickens to make breakfast. The one thing I didnt like The outdoors lights are in timer everything outdoors goes dark 10pm

Awesome little spot and the best price you will find for a rental with a private indoor hot tub and sauna. A lot of space is sacrificed for the hot tub but there's also a private patio and a bedroom with a door and separate ac unit so there's no humidity problems like I've experienced at other studio style or cabin hot tub units. Very private including private off street parking.

Julia was very responsive and was always very attentive in making sure our stay was a great experience. She was ready to resolve any issues we had and was checking in with us from time to time. The home small, but spacious enough for us to move freely. The home was very clean when we arrived. 10/10 recommendation for a small group of friends looking for a getaway to Denver, CO!

Very spacious studio basement apartment. We loved the amenities and homey touches of this place!

For my business travel, this place checks all of my boxes. The location is super convenient whether you’re going to metro Denver, Cherry Creek, DTC and a short hop to the highway if you’re commuting further. The layout was ideal if you have more than one traveler and the unit felt spacious with separate dining, bedroom and bath. Denver nights can be cool, so take advantage of the wall heater in the bath. That was nice! I was a little anxious of the street parking situation, however there was ample parking and I had no problem at all finding a spot directly in front of the place. I have to mention the luxurious bed and bedding. I appreciate the king size bed, lots of pillows and very comfortable mattress. John and Nicole made me feel very welcome the brief moments we passed each other outdoors. The WiFi worked well and I had no trouble streaming to the TV from my phone for personalized entertainment. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again.

My husband and I had an amazing stay in Denver at this Airbnb! Sharon left clear check in/checkout instructions. When we arrived, we were welcomed with snacks, beverages and a list of local recommendations. Even though we were staying in their home, we never saw or heard anyone. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. The fireplace in the living room was cozy. Lots of comfy seating and soft, warm throws were available too! We felt at home. Sharon had everything we needed and more! We were less than 2 miles away from lots of breweries and restaurants. The area felt safe and had plenty of parking. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This Airbnb was really nice. The place was really clean and the bed was great! I usually don’t sleep well in hotels/ bnb’s but this one I did. There’s a lot of nice things in the surrounding area but do keep in mind it’s a 15-20 drive from Denver. Maria was informative and clear on their instructions. 10/10 Airbnb experience. Would stay again!

The basement apartment was a dream! Exactly like the pictures and in a convenient location to Red Rocks and not a far drive to Denver either. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Walkable as well! The neighbors were very friendly. Only notice I would give is to lighter sleepers- this is a basement apartment and they have pets above you. Can get kind of loud if you’re a late/day sleeper but I put on my white noise machine and had no issues. Otherwise, this is an awesome spot and I will be adding it to my return list.

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!

This was my first time visiting Denver. I planned this visit well In advance as I have close friends and family from there. I confirmed that this location was well within 10 minutes from them which was an added bonus. Secondly, I love in Houston and I can confirm that this location looks better than a majority of the one bedroom apartments throughout Houston altogether. Located in a great location that's close to many stores, eating places, and a fine neighborhood. I think this will most likely be a first selection whenever I visit Denver unless it's unavailable that is.

Easy parking, nice neighborhood, clean apt, comfy bed. Had a great stay.
