Very nice apartment. I was there for 2 nights. It was cozy and quiet night sleep. Everything was well planned for. Close to all of the main attractions of Santa Monica. Daniel was a really good host.

Julia was the pinnacle of what a 'perfect' host should be. She was considerate, communicative, and very clear in her instructions. I've stayed at a variety of places around the world, and I'd argue she offers a world-class. I'd encourage anyone who might be interested in the area or this place to just book with her. You won't regret it!

We evacuated here from the fires and it was just what we needed! A cozy and clean space. This house was spacious, warm, and inviting. The host, Anna, is TREMENDOUS! She was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. She answered every question I had, gave local recommendations, checked in to see how we were doing, and She even brought us some bread from a local bakery! The neighborhood is safe and there’s a good amount of parking. We ordered out every night and the restaurant selection in the area is amazing! I would definitely recommend.

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

the house is beautiful, modern and recently redone. Tons of nice decorative touches and almost all the amenities you could want. the house was spotless. One thing to note is that there is no dishwasher. Aside from that, had everything you could want. There is no coffepot but there is a keurig. A few pods were provided, but bring your own pods if you are a heavy coffee drinker. the back patio has a small bar and foozeball table. Super fun!

The house is just as described but what you can't see in the pictures is how it feels. It feels like a much-loved family home. We felt right at home immediately. It's really well equipped and the internet was reliable and fast. What really made this rental stand out however was Daniel the host. He was extremely responsive to the couple of questions we had and when we had a small issue, sent his handyman around the very next morning to take care of it. Daniel was extremely understanding of our situation (we had been evacuated due to the LA fires) and made it as simple as possible to extend our stay in increments. He even offered us a discount for the fact that there was a power outage during our stay (not his fault!) Overall, we couldn't recommend this property and it's owners highly enough! Thanks Daniel!
