Nice little place for a getaway, walking distance to the parades and Main Street.

This home is a very charming historic gem with a great location. Watching boats, fish, and birds go down the canal after work was relaxing. Terissa was an exceptional and understanding host, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any of her properties again.

We had a group come down to bowl the national bowling tournament in Baton Rouge and to visit New Orleans. The location was perfect to do both. The house was clean and very comfortable. Trish was very responsive when i sent her a text or two with questions about different things. We even set off the alarm one afternoon and it was taken care of within a few minutes. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend for anybody that wants to visit New Orleans!!

Clean, safe, comfy, thoughtful! Clean - as soon as we walked in, we could tell the house was sparkling clean. The kitchen, bathrooms, linens, everything was spotless. The house was nicely decorated, and not cluttered. The space felt welcoming and peaceful. Safe - I was traveling with my daughter and granddaughter (1.5 years old) and we arrived at 11pm. The neighborhood and house appeared safe and there was a private driveway to park in. Comfy - the beds were perfect, we had a great night’s sleep. More than that, we instantly felt at home. Thoughtful - the host thought of EVERYTHING! It was nice having cold water bottles in the fridge and an ice tray full of ice. There was a snack tray filled with snacks. When we arrived, the host had a pack-n-play set up and ready for the baby (and it was SUPER clean with clean sheets). In addition, there were a couple puzzles for her to play with and we even found sippy cups in the cabinet. I highly recommend this house and hope to be back again.

Completely met our needs we did not want to be in the thick of things we wanted to go visit plantations and do some swamp tours. We did drive about 30 minutes to see some things on one day drive into New Orleans at about an hour but I would rather drive 30 miles at 30 minutes in no traffic then 5 miles at 30 minutes in traffic. This location suited our needs..

This house was perfectly located for our visit to New Orleans and wedding in Ponchatoula! Easy access to I10 made getting around a breeze. Nicole's home was clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet so we slept really well. The bathrooms were also updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you Nicole!

Beautiful home in a very convenient location to where we needed it to be. It was very clean and had everything you could need.

Beautiful home, spacious, very clean and modern, love the backyard patio, it was wonderful for entertainment,and the pool table stayed occupied 24 hours. My family enjoyed the home, and looking forward to booking again

We had a lovely weekend in Thibodaux. The house is in a great location - we could walk & run from the house to parks, downtown & Nichols’ campus. We all slept so well. Beautifully & comfortably decorated home with charm.
