Irene's ace was perfect for our family of 4 visiting friends and family over the Christmas break.

We stayed at the Auction house in Oct and had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and modern and had everything we needed. It was an ideal base to get around the Island. Terry and Christine are super hosts and easy to contact. They were very understanding when due to illness we had to change dates. Would definitely consider staying with them again. Our first trip to the Isle of White and look forward to returning in the future.

Great location! Well connected and easy to find. You are next to a level crossing but the noise didn’t disturb us at all…or our dog. Lots of restaurant and pub options in the local area and convenient for exploring the new forest.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Very well equipped and spotlessly clean air bnb. Spacious cottage with modern finish. Right on the high street, nice cafe and local resultants close by. Also found some nice walks to do from the doorstep.

A really cute and cozy place for upto 4 people. You have the entire place to yourselves and the house has every amenity you would need. The kitchen is fabulous, there's TVs in every bedroom and bonus points for having a cool selection of DVDs if you're all staying in like we did. The view in front of the house is also really beautiful - you get to see the creek. In summers I suppose this would be even more beautiful. It's a very quiet area and we had a really nice time here.

Spacious quirky accommodation in the centre of Midhurst & had all the facilities we required for our stay. Alexandra was an attentive host and shared all the welcome information personally.

Thank you Philip, another wonderful stay in your beautiful house. A very comfortable house, particularly love having my first cup of coffee on the lounge balcony. The bifold doors work really well creating a fab extra space. The location is great with easy access to Winchester’s busy high street, fab restaurants, coffee houses, and wonderful walks (especially the water meadows). It’s roughly a ten minute walk to the high street, but has Pi pizza , a coffee house and a local shop 2 minutes away. The railway station is also very close. Fingers crossed, we’ll be returning next year 🤞😊

Amanda was quick to respond and helpful. The property is ideally located to walk anywhere in Portsmouth but whilst being in a quiet residential area. The house was spotlessly clean. Decor was fresh and quirky; the place has been really well looked after. There are 5 bedrooms (4 double & 1 single) spread across 3 floors so we were spoilt for space. Stair cases are tight and steep so it won't suit everyone but was perfect for us. There is a large kitchen and nice dining area. Plus 2 bathrooms and an extra loo. The only downside was the living room as there was only enough seats for 4 people (there were 5 of us), but we didnt sit still for long! We had no issues at all whilst staying here. We'd very happily return. There is a lovely garden area if you are there during better weather.

We had a great time at Donna’s place. Donna was very responsive from the get go and answered all my queries proactively. We had no issues at check in and all rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen space was great, we loved the dining room table for morning breakfast. Our family had a lovely stay! We went by a few of Jo’s recommendations for things to do which were 10/10. The location could not be better and the house is lovely, we particularly enjoyed our morning cups of tea in the sitting room overlooking the sea

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

Seb was really responsive and provided clear instructions and information for the property especially the parking. The house met our needs given it was a last minute booking. It was in a quiet location but close to majority of the places including the city centre.

Thank you Sally for a really enjoyable stay at your lovely studio. The location is so central but so quiet and tucked away. I was very snug and cosy despite the frosty weather. The little garden will be a treat in the summer months! I loved being able to pop out over the road to Fisherton Mill Art Gallery for coffee and very good pastries - fabulous place with lots of artisan crafts. All shops and the cathedral just a short walk away, as are the water meadows. A great base to explore and a great place to come back to.

Wow - what can we say? A fab spot, lovely house and just what we needed. This place did not disappoint and we were very lucky to have found it. A stones throw away from a lovely beach and cafe and a superb location to explore. Private parking and everything you could need for a holiday. The house was cosy and the views were fantastic. We really could not believe our luck with the amazing property, fab hosts and incredible location! Thank you!

A very handy location for the Red Funnel ferry with some great views of Cowes. I'd imagine the chain ferry view would keep children entertained for a while. It's not noisy though. A well appointed place. Very good communications from Amie too.

Very nice house with 4 separete bedrooms. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled and fully equipped. Very welcoming and with some fruit and snacks provide to us . Top value. Only backdraw perhaps is the shabby neighbour house. /Magnus, Olle, Peter and Janne from Sweden

My parents recently stayed at Shiela's place in Winchester over the Christmas period and it was a delight. The house was beautifully decorated in a super location, walkable to all the restaurants of Winchester, high street and the Cathedral. Everything you could think you would need was provided and Shiela was really helpful in making sure my parents knew how to work the heating etc (as they feel the cold!). She came and met us and showed all the things we thought we would need to know. She was so responsive and kind in her messaging and totally understood what my parents would need, as they are a bit older and not used to using air bnb's etc. It was a great visit and I would highly recommend staying at Shiela's house and Shiela herself, a very kind, considerate and professional host.

A beautiful house which is very well presented and spacious. The house is well equipped and felt like home straight away. Our 2 dogs loved having the back garden too and settled in well. It was lovely to arrive to a warm house which was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree ( we had arranged with Beth that we would be arriving after midnight due to a late crossing). A short walk into Cowes town centre. We had one minor issue which was promptly sorted by Beth.. The parking issue was not a problem as we could always park around the corner on the next road. Unloading the car was quite easy as the road is quiet with hardly any traffic. We normally stay in Ventnor or Shanklin. However, we loved our stay so much that we hope to visit again soon. This stunning period townhouse has been renovated to a very high standard. It has a spacious and minimalist feel dotted with interesting features (I particularly loved the enormous mirror above the staircase and full-sized marching drum that was re-purposed as a coffee table) and is within easy walking distance of the main streets of Chichester. The four double bedrooms are spread across two floors, three of which have an ensuite and one has access to a separate private shower/bathroom. We used the front sitting room, which was cozy and warm, the back sitting room/dining room to watch a film, and the kitchen at breakfast time. On arrival, we did have issues with the central heating, as it seemed to switch itself off. However, Laura came around in person to address this and showed us how to reset the boiler. Thankfully the issue was eventually resolved following a call out to a plumber, albeit some of the towel radiators/central heating radiators were still out of action.

This is a lovely house and perfect for our needs. The kitchen is very well equipped - they even had a stick blender which I didn't know I needed until I did! The space was clean and well presented and in a great location close to town. Parking is limited on the road outside and on arrival, the unload was a bit awkward as we had to park down the road and walk our luggage up. Overall a great stay.

We had a great time at Palermo Villa. It's beautifully decorated and the perfect location for exploring Southsea Common, the seafront and some lovely Portsmouth bars and restaurants. Nicola is a great host, quick to respond to messages and the house is spotless! Highly recommend.
