Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

will was a great host. easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. had advantage of an early check in which was super helpful to us. the house worked well for a big family and location was perfect to wonder down the road to the high street and sea.

We loved our stay at Mude Gardens, a great open plan space downstairs (which opens onto the garden), good size bedrooms and very well presented throughout. The host was very responsive The only point we’d flag is that the back garden has a couple of large drops straight into a stream, the garden is therefore unsuitable for children less than 4/5 without constant supervision (which wasn’t made clear on the site). We otherwise loved our stay.

The property was immaculate. When we walked in it felt homely, but also modern throughout. Everything was clean and bright. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was clean, modern and had everything we needed. It felt very private with the courtyard and paddock. We would highly recommend this property.

Bay Cottage was just what we all needed . A total reset from the hustle bustle. Great accommodation with beautiful views of the sea. The children and adults all made good use of the hot tub with beautiful sea views. So relaxing. The kitchen space was amazing and comes into its own with the sea views along the back of the house. Perfect location with all restaurants in walking distance . Highly recommend. We all had a brilliant time and will be returning. Walks to our favourite spot Steep Hill Cove right from our front door a real gem. Will differently be returning with the family . Denise Walker and Family

This house is a great base to explore Hayling Island. You can walk to the beach and local walking trails. The shower was good, we parked the car and left it there all week. Home is bright , airy and modern. Comfortable bed and washing facilities and garden/ washing line. Nicola was very helpful and we recommend this highly. Never been to Hayling Island before but fell in love with the wildness, untouched beauty of the coastline and sea swimming...

We LOVED everything about our stay with Fresh Air Holidays. Everything was as the hosts had said it would be. The place was spacious and tidy and the location was superb!
