Campout on your very own private island in the Kawarthas. Great for swimming, fishing, and enjoying nature. 14 foot aluminum boat provided, no motor...but it's only about 150 ft from our dock on shore to our dock on the island. Boat traffic on the Trent can be a little busier on weekends, so there could be the odd wave which could make it difficult for swimming with or even fun for children. Always wear proper PFD Weekend noise from the trailer park can sometimes go into the night past midnight.

we had a lovely time on eagle lake. we wanted rustic cozy and that’s exactly what this property is. the lake is gorgeous and full of fish. the cabin is clean and comfortable. i would recommend some shelving in the bathroom for toiletries. the kids enjoyed the bunky with its own bathroom and washer/dryer. the galley kitchen is small but has everything you need although i would recommend bringing a french knife if you are doing a lot of cooking. tim is a kind and attentive host responding to any needs or queries right away without being at all intrusive. my family and i highly recommend this property

absolutely loved this stay! Erich did a great job explaining where to launch and where to park as these are different locations. The cabin is peaceful and rustic with so many unique features and could accommodate a large group comfortably. There's a dock on both sides of the island, so is doesn't matter if you prefer sunrise or sunset, it's beautiful from each side.There is a nice sandy swimming area on the west side and well groomed trails throughout the property. Fishing is pretty good right from the dock. We caught several bluegill, a few bass, and a perch. There isn't wifi, but there is excellent cell service and a tv with numerous ports, however that's all really irrelevant because you will be too busy enjoying nature to need much technology at all! Looking forward to coming back!

This place is like an Oasis. It is quiet, peaceful and very spacious. There is lots of activities on the property, and cottage is not too close to other neighbours. You can be yourself and feel right at home. Would definitely come back. The communication was very quick and very accommodating. Thank you Andria for everything.

Cozy Coe Cottage is an absolutely beautiful location and a lovely cottage. Sean has thought of everything – the cottage is very, very clean and very, very organized. Everything we needed was there. The views from the cottage windows on down to the dock are sublime. In addition to the beautiful and super clear lake and all the water toys, the DVD collection is massive, and they have badminton, disc golf, board games, you name it. We were also thankful to have a dishwasher so we didn’t even need to worry about doing the dishes. We were there during the week and the many other cottagers on the lake were super quiet and thoughtful of others – controlling their boat wakes and keeping the vibe calm and natural. Sean was always very responsive. All around a terrific experience.

We had an amazing time at this cottage!! My daughters are ages 9 and 11 and absolutely loved it. There is no doubt this trip will be burned into their little minds :) Karen and Andrew made an info booklet that easily helped me plan daily excursions and prep for the trip, as well as answer most of my questions during the stay. It’s a well-done booklet. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. The setting was amazing. My inquiries before and during our stay were answered quickly and in detail. Dianne met us on the first day to make sure we got situated and understood how things work. She also was available to answer any questions and to give us tips on places to visit nearby. We had an amazing vacation and I highly recommend this cottage and hosts!

Kisho island was amazing. fyi saw 2 spiders all week so don't worry about that and enjoy your stay. So many games and activities, floaties for the water , kayaks, and an awesome bonfire spot. will definately be back here, Ryan and his mom were beauty's look out for the otter marine guys they ain't so nice :) but the islands all you need

The perfect disconnect, if you are looking for absolute peace and privacy this is the place. The island and land is amazing the views of the eagles and seeing the deer and beauty of the lake makes it worthwhile. Great for our dogs to run freely . Private dock and wonderful paths to walk .

Auricula Island is fantastic! It is the perfect Muskoka cottage. The island is private but has lots to do. The island is equipped with plenty of water toys, so you will be entertained. The cottage has a ton of history and character. Blueberry Island is just a short swim or paddle away, which adds a unique characteristic to the location. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. For example, they had a friend drop off a Weber charcoal barbecue when we asked. We would definitely recommend Auricula Island to anyone looking for a great Muskoka experience.
