This is our second stay since March, and it’s just as great as we remembered. The place is pristine clean, and the location is perfect for easy access to the ski resort. We’ll definitely be back for our next ski trip!

such a cute place for a getaway! it was perfect and the host was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and nice! also, don’t go grocery shopping before seeing the food that noelle has in the apartment! we underestimated the food that she provides. we definitely want to come back at some point for another trip :)

Shelley was very kind and communicative, getting in touch ahead of time with clear instructions and being very responsive to questions. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was green and lovely. Would stay again!

Peaceful and private location very few neighbors and so many choices for great hikes. Place was exactly as described and looked in the pictures. The bed was very firm which took me by surprise at first but we both slept so well both nights. Sean was so helpful with information about the area and recommendations very comfortable and easy to talk to thanks for a great experience. The split unit heaters in the bedroom and living room keep the place nice and cozy.

This place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The cows and sheep were a treat to see and the surroundings were beautiful.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend as a mini getaway, the house was nice and cosy and the scenery was beautiful! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating and overall we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to getaway for a quiet and peaceful vacation.

I have relatives in Simsbury so was delighted to find this little apartment. I had always wondered about the historic house it's in. It felt like a private little retreat within the larger building, tucked around the corner. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable and cozy. I appreciated the snacks available, especially a fresh crispy apple in the fridge. You are right downtown so there are outdoor lights at night. The up side is that you can walk to lots of places. It has a private outdoor side porch which would be lovely in the summer. There is a very good restaurant in the main building and we were treated to a special appetizer as guests. The Saturday night I was there had a party in the room next to the apartment's little kitchenette. While I could hear it from that area, I did not hear it from the bedroom / sitting room.

Dan was very responsive. Gave great recommendations and very helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and very nice. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

Miriam and Chris' place in Saratoga Springs was perfect! Quiet, cozy street that is walkable to literally anything you could ask for around the Saratoga Springs area! A perfect space for a long weekend getaway with hosts that are responsive, proactive, friendly, and overall welcoming and inclusive communication tone with their guests. This is a place where we'd 100% come back to when visiting Saratoga Springs. Clean living quarters, fully stocked kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and did we even mention the outdoor space?! Everything you could ask for. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Saratoga Springs!

We had a beautiful, restful stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the outdoor furniture for a sunset. Beautiful view from the kitchen and enjoyed some walks and seeing the boats, great dining options and the quiet surroundings.

Sylvia’s place was everything described and more. My family and I were instantly taken with the colorful and warm decor- it felt like home. We were a late check in and retired shortly after arrival. The upstairs bed and downstairs sofa were comfy and very nice to wake up in. We had everything we needed to make coffee and tea. Really appreciated the water in the fridge. Convenient to everything in town. I had a hiccup with the mini split (my error) and Sylvia was very helpful and promptly responded to my inquiry. We would be quite happy to stay in this lovely place again.

The home exceeded our expectations! We had a long drive from (Pennsylvania to Massachusetts) and were able to find the home and make a nice dinner soon after arrival. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, making our next day so much more pleasant. The location is quiet and private, and the home itself is beautiful. I would love to stay there again when we make another journey in the future. Martin was always helpful and available.

Very spacious home, perfect for my intergenerational family of six, from toddler to grandparents, and pet friendly for our dog. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and towels, great hot water in the shower. Friendly and responsive host. Easy walk into the lovely town of Great Barrington and short drives to other places in the area.

I will echo all the other reviews and say this is the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful, so cozy and great for a large group. We only used the den fireplace but if we stayed longer I would definitely used more (the primary bedroom!). Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The grounds are great, our pup had the best time exploring. Veronica is incredibly responsive, really easy to communicate with, and a warm and welcoming host.

Our family had a lovely long weekend at Luiz's home. The entry was straightforward and house was set up as discussed. The communication with Luiz was extremely responsive and we appreciated his recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend !

Loved staying at Diana's place in beautiful Phoenicia. The house was warm, clean and quite convenient to the shops, restaurants and other activities in downtown Phoenicia. Great location and the hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for families for a peaceful weekend getaway.

Everything was as described & very clean. The location is steps away from the Stratton Village with lovely grounds & a well maintained pool. During the summer months a continental breakfast is offered on weekends. Communication was excellent & the host was extremely responsive when a plumbing issue arose. He worked hard to get it repaired and also gave me a credit back on my stay for the inconvenience. I had a peaceful & relaxing stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a fantastic time at Caitlyn's place for a beautiful October weekend. Caitlyn was so helpful before, during, and after our stay that I cannot recommend staying with her enough! The place was clean, tidy, great views, comfortable, and updated. My wife could not get over the decor of the unit and I had to hear it ALL weekend :) Thank you Caitlyn, we will be staying with you soon again!

Great location, great experience, great accommodations. Michael was responsive and accommodating. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Claudia bought us everything we needed and with a smile. Can’t wait to come back.

The location of this property is unbeatable! A quick walk to everything at Jiminy Peak, but tucked away enough to have a peaceful rest at the end of the day. The view from the sitting area and kitchenette is absolutely stunning, we ate breakfast admiring the beautiful fall colors on the hill. The decor was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway. Renee and Kevin were quick to reply and wonderfully pleasant hosts!

Absolutely beautiful place, super clean and cozy. If you are skiing, perfect location as the resort’s base/village is just across the street. It made the days so much better knowing all we had to do to start and finish the day was cross the street! Indoor parking garage was a huge plus. Instructions on checking in/out were clear and easy. The host was very efficient in responding to all messages. I would very much book this stay for future visits!

We stayed here while visiting MCLA. It is in a very convenient location – we walked to Jack's hot dog stand, Ramunto's and PUBLIC, and it was a very short drive to MASS MoCA. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Peter was very responsive. Our reservation was short notice, morning of; checked in with no issues. Our stay was in November when the weather was cooler. Still a cozy and convenient stay with beautiful and peaceful view of the ocean.
