Apartment vacation rentals in The Berkshires

Sheryl’s home was very clean and exactly as photographed/described. Good location with a short drive to many restaurants/the down town area. We stayed over the weekend and the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud at around 2-5am, so sound sensitive folks might have trouble sleeping. Otherwise, great place for the price!

We spent a week at Farah and Daniel's apartment while a family member was at Albany Medical Center. The apartment was a refuge each day after leaving the hospital. It was clean, warm, comfortable, and relaxing. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again if we were visiting Albany.

Nicolson's space is a nice, quiet, comfortable one that I can absolutely recommend for someone coming to the Capital Region for work or play. However, beyond the space itself, I think the mark of a great AirBNB host is responsiveness and assistance when needed. On that front, Nicolson is absolutely tops. A prior reservation I had cancelled at the very last minute, which threw my reservation into a tailspin. I found Nicolson's listing, and he couldn't have been more welcoming, gracious or helpful in VERY quick order. Really just a fantastic AirBNB host, and one that I could recommend across any and all properties he manages.

Heights House was amazing and so gorgeous. Everything is exactly like it looks in the pictures and very cozy. The view is just amazing. The unit also has everything you'd need and access was detailed and straightforward. I will definitely stay here again.

We didn’t have time to cook there but the kitchen would have had what I needed. Concerned host reached out when we had delays in travel and a very late check in. Lots of space. Stairs entering building are steep but sturdy if you have someone with knee issues. Bar next door causes some noise to be heard in kitchen area but it was still quiet in the bedrooms at the back. Wonderfully close to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc.

This was a lovely apartment. It was clean and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable and there were adequate towels. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Great place has everything you need (loved the decor was so cute and cozy). Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Was visiting family in the area and this was right around the corner.

We were able to make ourselves right at home. The home is set well back from the road and quiet, but it is only 1 minute by car from a trailhead, 2 minutes from a gas station & convenience store, 4 minutes away from our daughters house, and 6 minutes from downtown! The full-size stove and refrigerator were particularly helpful because we had Thanksgiving provisions! My husband and I both enjoyed the bed and shower. The bedroom could use a reading lamp by one of the easy chairs. We're planning to come back.

I absolutely loved Claudia's place! The space was the perfect little spot to spend Thanksgiving weekend; super cozy and in perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants on Warren street. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again! :)

Such a lovely place! This was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. George was exceptionally friendly and helpful — great suggestions for local shops and eateries, too. We would definitely stay here again!

We had stayed in the main house last year over the December holidays because we are originally from the area but we moved out of state. It was perfect for three adults. We even hosted a breakfast for six of us and cooked a few dinners and there was a dishwasher which was perfect. This time it was just two adults for a short stay to participate in some holiday parties so we stayed in the apartment. My husband loved that there were two TVs as he loves to watch TV in the bedroom before bed. There is no dishwasher but that was fine because it was a shorter stay and we ate out or just used the microwave for our meals. If I am not cooking a large meal I can handle not having a dishwasher. For us the location is perfect because it is near family and friends. Keep in mind this is an area with no sidewalks and no street lights. If you are looking for a quiet street this is the place. It is walking distance to a lake, too.

The place is close to Yale where I was working. The area is quiet and safe. Rosaria sets very high standards of cleanliness.

When we pulled into the driveway to start our stay, Cai met us outside and showed us how to access the apartment. She was such a gracious host! We had the pleasure of meeting Adam later in the stay, and he was full of recommendations for us. Both Adam and Cai were so personable and kind - they made us feel right at home. We loved the apartment. It fit two adults and two kids easily. We had everything we needed and more! We would highly recommend this apartment to others who need a spot in Brattleboro.

We had a great stay at the Yay Frame. Tons of space. Lots and lots of beds. Great location. We came up for a few days from Virginia to ski Gore and Whiteface. This was a reasonable distance and exceptional price. We loved the house and the plethora of stuff that was stocked at the house like coffee and body wash. We did have a bit of trouble finding where to park because the sign described in the listing had been plowed over but only because the driveway is so large and spacious, we just wanted to make sure we didn’t block anyone in (the lower apartment was also rented during our stay). The host was very quick to respond anytime we had questions. The hot tub and game room were awesome touches and we really enjoyed them, particularly the hot tub with how cold it was at the slopes. The one “complaint” I had was the rules everywhere and on everything. Quiet time, shoes in the house, food in the dining room, don’t touch the hot tub buttons. All reasonable, and obeyed. But posted everywhere

Our stay with Theresa was amazing! She was very friendly and it was very easy to get to the house. It’s surrounded by beautiful scenery and the hot tub with a mountain view is a very nice touch. Will stay here again!

Cozy barn loft with a great view and setting. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend as a mini getaway, the house was nice and cosy and the scenery was beautiful! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating and overall we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to getaway for a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Our stay at Brian’s place was great. The space was extremely clean, the location convenient to restaurants in town and the mountain for skiing. The host even went the extra mile to make check-in as easy as possible for us as we got in late. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

This was a great getaway for a long weekend. The place is tucked away with good views and we enjoyed the hot tub the most. The Airbnb has all the amenities you would need. The furnishings have been curated thoughtfully keeping the comfort of the guests in mind. The coffee bar was stocked fully and Melissa also has card and board games. Would definitely recommend!

We had a Great stay, comfortable, cozy. Great window coverings so room stayed very dark. Hosts were very communicative and helpful! Hot tub was really nice and well maintained. Would note that the hot tub / backyard is shared (this is in description but not super obvious). Near train tracks which you could hear occasionally and could hear unit upstairs at times if you are sensitive to noise (it was not bothersome to us).
