It is a two floor apartment (ground floor-first floor) .The house consists of two bedrooms and in every bedroom has one double bed and one single bed.It also has a child's bed.In the living room there is a sofa bed and an open single bed ,fully equipped kitchen (microwave,oven,fridge), it has one bathroom and one WC, washing machine, iron, and also A/C, fast internet connection,satellite TV for each country,a garden, BBQ.

A very cosy house(45sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.

We had a perfect and very enjoyable stay. There was a pristine, quiet cove within walking distance of the house. Since it was the end of the season, it was very peaceful, and we didn’t need to go to another beach for swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom. We had a wonderful time in the garden of the house. There was no parking problem. It’s a calm and peaceful place. It was an unforgettable experience among birdsong and olive trees. Maria and her husband were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would love to come again.

We felt ourselves literally at home. Kostas's place is very spacious and comfortable. Location is super central, we could walk to the next beach and the center in 5-10 min. Thanks to the tips from Kostas, we could explore a lot of nice places in Thasos. A big heartfelt thank you, Kostas. We hope to come back one day.

This was the best sea site accommodation, I have had ever. Within the nature -big garden, above the sea, wonderful sun rises and moon sea path view from the enormous veranda, a minute walk distance from the beach through a private door, fully equipment house, including canoe, umbrella, sunbeds, games, barbecue....great restaurant-5 mins walking. Polite and friendly host. Definitely I will be guest again.

The house was great. Beautiful sandy beach was few minutes away.The house had everything you could possibly need: iron, ironing board, washing machine (to mention just a few things) and enough plates and glasses to throw a party. The added bonus was to have a supermarket nearby. It was a short walk away from the centre of Nea Iraklitsa. Alex and Georgios were excellent hosts and couldn’t be more helpful. We had lovely time and would definitely recommend this place.

A great place to stay in Kavala. View of the aqueduct from the spacious balcony is just like the photo. Pelagia was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. Perfect for visiting the historic centre of the city. Highly recommended, and with a terrific gourmet restaurant across the street.
