Enthusiastic host. Nice. Clean house. What's in the house is also best for you who are addicted to kitchenware and utensils like us. Comfortable blankets and a sofa. The corner with objects in the house can live virtual anywhere😍. Walking down is the mall. Along both sides of the road, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious. I find it a great fit for business travelers or a large team. Compared to the types of apartments in Hanoi, I find it the best here. Super utility.

While somewhat far from the main attractions of the city, the accomodations are otherwise very agreeable - despite a bit of a language barrier between the host, they were nevertheless very helpful and considerate.

The apartment feels and spacious, rarely two large suites and toilets.Ideal for families or friends to live together. There are also restaurants to choose from around three supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

First of all, it was really nice that there were no bugs ^ ^ The room was spacious, clean, the kitchen was spacious, and it was so nice that it could be washed and dried in the washing machine, and there was nothing lacking for me. I book this room because my brother took the Ielts test at No. 1 Dong Thap. Nice small room but fully furnished. The place is extremely convenient for transportation and there are many eateries, places to play around. You host enthusiastically, happily.

Positives: Amazing host very responsive even during late hours. Accommodation very nice and clean - matched description. Negatives: No forks or much cutlery to use. Okay location - though distance to city centre is quite far.

It's just that.

If you travel with children or elderly, this property offers you a lot more convenience as you expected. Not just the mall is next to the building, I stayed in C7, the Winmart (supermarket) on the 2nd floor has pretty much everything you need. Otherwise, BigC is just across the road but quite a bit of a walk, and the pedestrian path is not wheel friendly if you are using prams. Thu is really responsive when I ask for help to receive a standard size package sent locally, agreed right away without much hesitation. One small regret was that there wasn't a few more pillows for choice, they are kinda flat so good to offer a few more for stacking especially for those who need higher support. But nonetheless, will recommend if you do not want a noisy, busy stay in the Old quarter.
