The house has everything you need Beds and linens are generally comfortable Appliances are not very good, especially when using TV Netflix. It is difficult to operate the remote control. It's nice to have access to the apartment resident gym and swimming pool. The gym is very small and simple, and it's a little hot. It's a good place to take a walk in the neighborhood Due to the nature of Vietnamese apartments, it was very difficult because of the outside noise even while trying to rest or sleep in the house at first. I adjusted and it got a little better Especially here, not only the road noise, but also the noise of the residents in the hallway is quite loud. Ear plugs are a must Overall, the cleanliness wasn't bad, but the delicate cleanliness was a bit of a pity. However, the host was so kind and tried to help as much as possible. The host was very kind, so the overall rating of this accommodation was increased. If communication with the host is important to you, you will be satisfied.

Huong was always quick to respond to queries. The apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. It had a nice balcony and great views across Hanoi. There’s a supermarket downstairs and plenty of local restaurants very near.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s apartment! The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of local shops and friendly people, which made us feel like true locals. Everything we needed was conveniently available within a 2-minute walk. Helen is an exceptional host, taking care of everything from arranging our airport transfers to ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality were truly top-notch. Five stars simply aren’t enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay. We found ourselves missing the place as soon as we left for the airport. Our overall experience was absolutely perfect, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We really had a comfortable stay

Im really happy with the host and quality of the house. I did book my room quite late but she supported me very much in checking in. Everything is new, clean and tidy. It's easy to walk to West lake to enjoy fresh and chilling air. Definitely come back one day when I have more free time.

It was easy to find the accommodation, and there were shared amenities around the accommodation (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, etc.), so I was able to solve everything inside.
