This is a great apartment located on the edge of the very beautiful square of St Lazarus church and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Perfect spot to explore Larnaca. The apartment is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lora has everything perfectly organised in terms of check in, check out and provides lots of very thoughtful additions ( eg a lovely welcome drink in the fridge, plenty of phone charge leads in every location, extra tea/coffee/ amenities etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment- Thankyou Lora ❤️

Confortable stay, close to the promenade, Mackenzie beach and restaurants. The private parking is a plus. A well-equipped apartment. All the details are received before check-in and the host is friendly and responds promptly.

Lovely apartment that felt very homely. It's just like the pictures on the site. Nice touches like beach stuff, beach bag, towels, snorkels and parasol. You definitely need a car. A little out of the centre which means the area very quiet. Only 5 mins dive to main centre, beach and restaurants.

The location and space is absolutely wonderful. We were here for a short vacation and wanted to disconnect from regular life while we were there which it was perfect for. The location is easily walkable around Larnaca, and the church makes for a great reference point in being able to find our way around. Theres a lot of little resturaunts within even a two minute walk, and it wasnt in the heart of the super touristy area which was perfect. It would have been nice to have a microwave or toaster or somthing, but there was a kettle and coffee and tea available, as well as wine glasses and an opener. The hot tub was WONDERFUL, and we loved that it was outside. There was some construction being done right outside, which was a bit surprising. But the host was incredibly considerate, and super responsicd and asked them to start a little later in the day so that we could sleep in. (Even going so far as later than we had asked for) All in all, i highly reccomend staying here.

The Place of Grace is a gem of a rental home with its dramatic vaulted ceilings, historic items and old world charm and design. It was spacious and bright. It was my wife’s birthday weekend getaway and staying at this property made it even more memorable for us and our kids. Highly recommend it and we hope to stay there again!

Perfectly located between Mackenzie beach and larnaca. Ideal for early departure from airport. Large apartment with great kitchenette , big comfy bed, Netflix and all that you would need for a comfortable stay. Can highly recommend and would book again

Cute little room in a cottage by the pool with sun chairs, Lemon and Grapefruit trees in the garden. Kitchen equipment and condiments are available. Phelia is very friendly, quick to respond and even did our laundry for us. :) Thanks for everything!

Great stay, spacious apartment with a great view. Has a water filtering machine, nespresso and a good collection of movies to choose from. Nice 20min walk from the city center but all alongside the sea so it's really enjoyable.
