Had a great stay in a nice apartment with a pleasant view and all necessities were reachable on foot within half an hour. Alessandro, the host speaks excellent German,English and of course Italian. In addition, he was always there for us and was very helpful. Thank you for the goodness.

The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. Annalisa was waiting for us when we arrived. She was very nice and caring. We got tips about restaurants and the nearby beach. It would have been nice here for a long time.

Great location, central but quiet, at least in October, small but very well equipped apartment. Ideal for a couple. We had a very pleasant three days.

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it

Sara and her husband Lorenzo were kind and caring, polite, respectful hosts and made us feel at home. The apartment is better than how it is shown in the photos, very large spaces and beautiful garden where our 6 and 11 year old children were able to play and have fun. We arrived by car from Milan and always moved around with our vehicle discovering Rome and its surroundings, visiting the places of interest and the typical culinary proposals of the area

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

We had a great time at Maria's and everything was good. The roof terrace with sea view was the highlight of the apartment. The best thing about the area was definitely the miles of sandy beach and the beautiful stretch of coastline.

Fabulous views of the lake. Great walking in the area. Apartment had everything we needed. The host answered all queries quickly.

Two days went by very quickly. All in all, the stay in the accommodation was positive, very oriental in style. Very, very nice garden, with the pond. The house is quite tidy, maybe it needs a bidet and the bedroom light working. The main door has a somewhat particular closure, as it only closes the external grating. But for what we had to do in Anzio, everything went very well.

We came here with children for the second year in a row! Because this apartments with their own garden, not far from the beach and the center, near a supermarket and a bakery - an ideal place for a family vacation with kids. The host is always ready to help and answer, Vincenzo and Ornella, who met and supported us on the spot, were attentive and ready to help if necessary. Few negative little things (mentioned in other reviews already) did not have a significant impact on the wonderful impression of the place and we would love to come back here again! Grazie mille!

We loved Massimiliano’s place. Its location near the train station was perfect for us, and we could easily walk to good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Massimiliano and his wife were very responsive and helpful. All around, it was a great stay!

Staying in this small apartment was like staying at home. Small but cozy it turned out to be a great stay solution and in case I have to stay in Frosinone, I will definitely choose it again. Lucia gave me clear directions on how to get to the apartment and was definitely a reliable person. Thank you

Experience to do and do again :) Ideal for getting away from everyday life without leaving Rome. Laura was very kind, clear in her directions and always ready to answer if you have any questions. Clean and cozy environment, everything is very well cared for. The idea of a mini spa all by itself is magnificent. A beautiful recharge break <3 Recommended.

We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Marco is available and very professional. The house is clean and spacious, the view is very nice. The private spa was a must repeat, all immersed in a country with a magical atmosphere (I recommend visiting cat lovers as there are so many nice cats).
