My friends and I had a quite pleasant stay in this house. Samantha is really nice and answers very quickly. The trip went well. The scenery and the view from the swimming pool were astonishing! I'd probably come to the same AirBnB if I were to come back to this part of Italy.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

We had wonderful days at Lucas house! The location is great , very quiet . The house was clean , the communication with Luca was whithout problems. We ca n recomment the house in every points!

Villa Torrone is a warm and well laid out villa. If you book the apartments it can cope with 15 or perhaps more people easily. The BBQ works well and the loggia is a spacious dining or chatting area. The pool is great and has another loggia. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of good bedding and hot water. The kitchen and scullery lack a m'wave, electric kettle and a toaster but function well. It is close to lovely Todi and to a big supermarket but is quiet and relaxing. We would come again

Unfortunately, there are not enough characters to describe all the positives... perfect clean house, spacious and cozy, cool even in the hottest hours of this tropical July. We always had lunch and dinner outdoors. The pool is always clean thanks to maintenance. The area offers a lot but for us who were looking for relaxation and privacy a couple of visits were enough. A good expense to the market that is about 20 minutes away or to the village shop and nothing else is needed. The water is fresh and very good. A highlight is Mario and Valentina, unique hosts for attention to any small request and always available. Thank you for welcoming us and conveying the passion that motivates you to preserve this oasis of peace. The road to the house is sometimes steep and slippery, a high car is necessary. We were traveling with opel astra sw and turning off the exp, albeit with a bit of effort, we did it. We'd love to come back!

It's a really spacious house in a nice place. The pool is fantastic, especially with the heat of this summer. The tour is fairly steep, but most cars can handle it. Arianna is a friendly host who you have great contact with and who is happy to help you. Definitely recommendable!

Had a wonderful stay with 2 families (8 people). Authentic house with matching atmosphere. Real Italian experience, being able to cook with BBQ outside. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom. 3 kitchens with 2 fridges (1 with large freezer). Friendly running dogs near the house. House in the beautiful nature, near beautiful village of Ficulle and 30 minutes drive to Orvieto. Laura is a fantastic host. Everything is fixed and she has great recreation tips. Swimming pool not big, but fine to cool off. Pubs also enjoyed themselves.

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants can be reached easily by car. Frederica is a great hostess and she and her husband quickly solved problems. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all issues were resolved promptly. Near the property is the train station Orte, from there a train runs several times to Rome, which I can only recommend. Cheap, on time (not like DB) and Rome is a blast! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again if we find ourselves in the region again.

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

farmhouse located in the countryside surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape. easily accessible. we spent Christmas with 14 people including 2 children. the accommodation is spacious, well divided, and beautiful. highly recommended.

The place was a dream everything was perfect, the only thing was the way there very narrow and steep dirt road, but otherwise everything was great otherwise 😍👍🏻

Giovanni's beautiful house is the perfect base for a fantastic vacation in Umbria. Thanks to the intelligent design, the bedrooms always remain pleasantly cool, even without air conditioning and even in extreme heat. The location is wonderfully quiet yet optimal for exciting day trips in the area. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired: It is lovingly and very stylishly furnished in a charming mix of antiques and modern style elements and has everything your heart desires. The pool is fantastically beautiful, completely secluded and guarantees refreshing cooling on hot days. Both Giovanni himself and Paola, who welcomed us, and Stefano, who takes care of the pool, are incredibly helpful, likeable and proactive and have provided us with numerous valuable tips on sights and restaurants. The entire house was sparkling clean - in summary, a simply perfect vacation! Thanks so much!❤️

We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Unforgettable experience at this beautiful property. Each of us 12 of us enjoyed maximum comfort and relaxation. Spacious and cozy rooms, well furnished common areas, fully equipped kitchen, garden and outdoor terraces from which the view is breathtaking. A fascinating place! We absolutely recommend it to all those who love tranquility and want to visit the most beautiful villages and cities of Umbria and Tuscany.

We had a great time at Paola's place. The house is huge and very nice, the pool gigantic, all surrounded by sublime vegetation. Its location is ideal, both secluded for a holiday in peace and close to typical Italian villages and beautiful lakes. Paola was throughout the stay extremely available and responsive to our questions about the house or the area. She booked us at our request a stove for a night and a Baby Sitter. This house is a little piece of heaven! Hoping to be able to come back someday to further explore this beautiful area! Thank you Paola for your hospitality, kindness and availability!

Mario and his daughter Francesca are wonderful hosts with the most amazing property in Umbra! We were a big group of 18 friends, and Villa Mari was the perfect place for us because it is comfortable, stunning and has the fasilities for a big group who wants independency. Mario was easily in reach at any time if we had any problems. The property lies besides two other houses, but it feels very private and like you are all alone on the hill side. I cannot describe how beautiful the nature is, and the villa is also even better than in the pictures. Thank you very, very much Mario and Francesca! We hope to see you again:-)

We stayed at Christian's beautiful house with our three children and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! The garden and the clean, large pool were of course the highlight. All four bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioners so we could sleep cool. Linen, towels and a very well equipped kitchen were available. Christian was available the whole time and always responded immediately if we had a question. His friend Alberto welcomed us at check-in and explained everything to us. He also came every two days to check the pool. The house is totally quiet in the middle of nature and is easily accessible by car (gravel path, but good to drive). We felt really very comfortable and can recommend this beautiful house with a clear conscience.

We were very comfortable in Fabio's house. Of course, the pool is great, which is beautifully situated with views of the olive grove but also offers plenty of shade due to the umbrellas. The fact that there are so many bathrooms and air-conditioned rooms makes the stay very comfortable. The photos correspond to reality. The house is very quiet and if you are looking for this on vacation, you can spend the perfect vacation here. To be able to go to a good restaurant you have to drive by car. Orvieto and Lake Bolsena are worth seeing in the nearby area, but Rome, Siena and Assisi are also available for a day trip if you take the car trips. Checking in is uncomplicated and flexible.
