The apartment is super tidy and clean, very comfortable. The room is very spacious and with attention to detail. Easy to park near the house. 2 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from the historic center. There is a hairdryer, bathroom heater and air conditioning system. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and always available. The night we arrived we were locked out and came in 10 minutes to bring us the keys. They left us an olive oil from their produce and breakfast treats. Absolutely recommended!

The stay in the Casetta di Ginevra was really nice. The location of the apartment in the heart of Viterbo is excellent and enjoys all the comforts. In addition to being very clean and cozy, the apartment enjoys a beautiful view from the terrace where you can relax at all times of the day. I highly recommend this place to everyone, this place really deserves it!

The place in Omar was the best I could wish for. The property is as described, very clean and kept even better. Omar was super helpful in getting around and very quick in requests, especially in the flexibility of checkout, always friendly and very friendly. I highly recommend it and if I need it again in the future I will definitely rely on Omar and his home.

MY apartment is just a few (but really few) steps from Piazza della Repubblica, so beautiful location. Perfect furniture and amenities, probably recently renovated, great heating, good wifi. Easy and pleasant check-in, we will gladly return.

The stay in Matteo's residence was a great experience both for the central location and close to all amenities and for order, cleanliness and tranquility. The heat of the underfloor heating was also pleasant. The private parking is appreciated and easily accessible by a flight of stairs that leads to the center of Todi and from which you can easily access the property. Definitely recommend.

This is a great place for exploring Spoleto. Convenient location within easy walking to major sites, restaurants and shopping. In a quiet back lane. Highly recommend.

Very clean apartment, kitchen equipped with new dishes and pots (including non-stick pans). It is equipped with heating, Smart TV and every comfort. Central location and close to great restaurants. Solution also suitable for families with small children. Manuela's directions are detailed and accurate and allow you to enjoy the beautiful city of Spoleto. If possible, we'll be back.

first of all, the compliments to Fabio for his availability and responsiveness; he gave me very detailed directions on places to visit and where to eat. In a restaurant that reported to me, I had a wonderful experience. The apartment is at the top of the town of Amelia, near the cathedral. Easy parking. Quiet and historic area. I found the apartment clean and tidy, a two-story favor with a working fireplace. Equipped kitchen and the Host also provided me with food products.

Marco’s place was wonderful! Had everything we needed in an excellent location. Marco was very responsive and accommodating.

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent two weeks at Rosanna's place with our daughters and four grandchildren. The house is great for large families with its three apartments. All the apartments were very cozy and well decorated. The kids loved the pool which was big and clean. Many sun loungers and good umbrellas. They also enjoyed the ping pong table a lot. We had all meals outside, either by the nice dining area or in the sofa group. We went to the two lakes and went swimming as well as to the sea. One day we touristed in Rome. Everything was within a reasonable distance by car. We got suoerb service from our hosts who helped us with alct, including booking an urgent doctor time. We got fresh eggs as gifts we several occasions and also vegetables from the garden. They gave us a lot of tips about everything and responded very quickly to messages. Really great hosts who made our holidays unforgettable. We'd love to come back

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.
