I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. Fantastic Stay ! Fully Equipped & Spacious! We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Marina’s Airbnb. The apartment was bright, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped , everything from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made it feel like home. The location was great for exploring Valencia, and Marina was a thoughtful, responsive host. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress free stay!

The stay was great! The apartment is clean, cozy, with high-quality renovation and high-quality appliances. It has a comfortable kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. Clean and tidy bathroom. The apartment has enough wardrobes for storing clothes and things. Comfortable bed, enough towels. There is an air conditioning and heating system. It is a quiet and peaceful place for a pleasant rest. Pili and Paco are always kind and ready to help, for which we are very grateful to them!🤗

Great place! We walked everywhere! Everything we needed.

We enjoyed the rental. It's secure, clean and quiet. The house is good for 4 people and the outside is nice to relax in because there's no noise. There was a pool that was clean, but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it (we were more often at the beach and our stay wasn't long enough). On the other hand, you need a vehicle to access the supermarkets (Carrefour, Lidl) and the beach. We were not far from Benidorm with its beautiful beach and restaurants. As well as a big shopping mall "La Marina". All about 10–15 minutes from the rental by car and quickly accessible. A great stay and a very good rental. Jessie.

First of all, and many thanks to Maria, who is always attentive to make sure you have everything you need and all the information you need. The apartment with air conditioning and heat pump, clean sheets and blankets. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Rooms are correct. Very spacious living room with two very comfortable sofa beds The apartment is just a minute from the gate to the promenade and beach, you have everything around bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bike rental, beach bars in the area Quiet, almost no cars on the street and little pedestrian traffic.
