Friendly host. Everything was in the house that we needed. Nice quiet rural neighbourhood.

Everything was great. The only thing you should take note is that the apartment was on the highest floor without a lift meaning that you have to carry your luggages up and down. We were lucky that the owner helped took our luggages up for us. Another thing was that check in is in person so make sure you give the correct arrival time otherwise you’ll be waiting outside. The house has everything you need inside which may feel a bit clutter but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you.

Martin’s apartment is excellent, and Martin and is a gracious and communicative host. The building itself is an old Soviet tower, and Martin’s apartment is on the top floor. The apartment faces south and has gorgeous views particularly at sunset. There is cool Soviet-era art in the lobby. Apartment looks exactly like the photos. Two great Italian restaurants are across the street, and you can walk to cafes, grocery store, etc. You’re also only a block from the subway or a quick Uber ride from just about anything in Berlin. I have stayed at over 100 airbnbs, and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I would live in Berlin and Martin’s place in a New York minute. Thanks, Martin!

Our stay at Ray's apartment went very well. The apartment is faithful to the photos and is tastefully decorated, it was very nice to stay there (with special mention for the sound system). Above all, we appreciated Ray's extreme responsiveness. He was very accommodating with us and gave us very good addresses (restaurants, cafes, club). Thanks again to Ray for the warm welcome!

My partner and I stayed in Tori’s studio flat for 4 nights, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! The location and amenities offered are great for the price, it’s located only a 15 min walk from Alexanderplatz in the centre of Berlin. There’s lots of restaurants and places to visit nearby the studio flat too. Tori’s instructions for check in were easy to follow, she was very responsive and kind, and she even let us extend our check out for a few hours on our last day. The place is clean and tidy, lots of utensils in the kitchen for cooking, even umbrellas to use in case the weather takes a turn for the worse. Everything we could have needed was there and we would return in a heartbeat!

We (4 girls and a kitty) lived in this place for 1 month. Inge is an older lady so we skimmed with her daughter, Sabine. Very nice and friendly lady, we were happy to meet you! Sabine gave us a lot of groceries, which was very nice of her:) The place is small, warm and cozy. There is one single bed, one small double bed in the living room and another double bed in the wardrobe) There is a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We had a car, so we didn't use public transportation. Sabine is very friendly, always bothered or we like everything. There were internet issues at the beginning of the month, but then they fixed it. On the last evening we had a wonderful sit, Sabine treated us to cocoa with rum, it was unforgettable! We recommend this place for those who want to live in a quiet neighborhood and have pets

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Ι spent six days at Omar's house. It was the first time I rented a room and not a whole house. I had a great time, everything was as it should be. I had the privilege of having my own bathroom and felt like I had a housemate, not that I was paying for a service. I feel that, in a way, I have a new ‘‘home’’ in Berlin and why not, a new friend.

Very nice host, straightforward and very helpful. Fantastic accommodation, despite the grey winter weather we had a wonderful weekend. Can definitely be recommended 100%.
