OH YES! Just trust me, book it. This unit is magical, beautiful and pristine. The view of the ocean from the bedroom is so calming and fun--we felt like we were on a cruise. The apartment was clean and tidy, the coffee was great, and Ruslan is the friendliest host. We can't wait to come back.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean and stocked with plenty of towels. Elena was super responsive, and she even generously let us stay later than the checkout time. The view is incredible, the walk to the beach is just a few mins, and we had no issue finding additional parking around the building. The only things lacking in were in the kitchen - there was no wine bottle opener and there were no capsules for the Nespresso machine, which was super disappointing to discover in the morning.

Location is fantastic, directly on the railway park and close to tons of great spots. Set up in a utilitarian way as a small live / work loft, everything clean and working, but it is a little stripped down compared to the photos — lacking the sound system, bedside lamps, any equipment to make coffee, and the green couch has been swapped for a less stylish one. I asked about the sound system and stuff when I checked it and hosts said they would bring some equipment but never did. Nevertheless I had a good and productive stay and would recommend it.

This apartment is probably the best Value-for-money deal in Tel Aviv. It was designed very well, everything was spotless, the location is amazing - so close to all the fun places but also quiet and private. There is an amazing rooftop where you can drink morning coffee or practice yoga. Estee was such a nice host, always answering and she left for us cookies and wine. we will definitely come back!

The flat is spotless clean, nicely decorated, has everthing we needed, comfy beds and pillows, air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. It's a few minutes walk from Bat Yam beach, grocery shops and a lovely bakery right near the flat . Uri was very responsive and helpful. We needed a place to stay in Bat Yam and this was very convenient for us. Will book again in the future.

If you dont want to read the whole review - We enjoyed our stay at Kami's place very much and will definitely use it again (if available) when we come back for our next trip. Kami is very friendly and helpfull at all times. A very gifted artist. This you will notice in the tastefull decoration of the apartment as well. A quiet and safe one way side street very close to the tourist areas of Jaffa is where you will find this unique open plan unit. A short walk to the beach promenade and clock tower. All the basics we needed to live like we were home, were supplied. And it is quiet! Public transport is easily accesible, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutique shops and the very famous Jaffa flea market where you can explore for days. Missing your pets - a friendly neighbour's cat might just adopt you ;-) Some Advice - Parking cost(Expensive in most Israel cities)and traffic in holiday times can be a problem in Jaffa. So rather use public transport when visiting.

We spent 1 week in this apartment. The apartment was large, clean and had a beautiful view of the sea and Tel Aviv. 3 rooms have a double bed, 1 room has a single bed. If we needed something, it was no problem. The advantage was that there was a bus stop not far from the apartment, from which the bus went directly to Jerusalem. There were many shops and restaurants around the apartment.

So as a person who has lived in Tel Aviv and travels quite a bit I was very impressed by the area and building. First, communication was excellent from the beginning. The duplex was very clean, well kept and the balcony was stunning with a partial view of the ocean. The location was perfect as it was 5 min from the beach, 5 min walk to Dizengoff street where you can find a plethora of restaurants. Right downstairs from the building was a convenience store, supermarkets and the most amazing bakery. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lee for being a great host.

Uri’s place was absolutely wonderful!! My wife and I had an amazing time staying there. The views from the deck are absolutely incredible and worth every moment spent outside. If we were home, we were always on the deck. Uri was very easy to communicate with and responded in excellent timing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Sharon’s place was in an incredible location and she was incredibly flexible with my need for an earlier check in. I really appreciated the privacy of the location which felt like a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle from the street it’s located on. If I could improve one thing - it would be knowing visually where the entrance gate and elevator was! I found the elevator on my last day, which saved me some carrying down thankfully. I don’t mind stairs at all, but it would’ve been easier to know visually off the bat. This is a great place and I highly recommend it!

There is nothing like opening the morning and ending the day with the view of all the boats , perfect apartment just like in the description, comfortable, beautifully decorated Michal also left us some delicious snacks, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, there is a fun pool complex and the area of the marina is sloped with restaurants and cafes.. Highly recommend, we had a great time!

Eli’s place was perfect for our 7 day stay in Tel Aviv. The whole place was perfectly clean, and we are fussy! They were very responsive when we struggled a bit with the air con, probably our fault, and sent someone to sort it. It’s situated in the quiet part of the famous Dizengoff Street, but loads of coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket opposite. The bedroom is a mamad (safe room), which is comforting. Plenty of crockery and an indispensable Nespresso machine. A great place to hang out or simply use as a base. Would definitely go back there when we next visit Tel Aviv.

Guy was extremely accommodating and proactive. He proposed his first floor apartment (we were on the 3rd floor apartment- did not realize that there were no elevator) as he saw that we were not his typical young customers. He tried to help us in every ways possible. He offered to pay for our laundry - even offer to bring our laundry to his flat on Saturday since the service was closed. Guy was very responsive- usually responding within the 5minutes or so. Thank you Guy for all your help and responsiveness.

I visited Yossef's place on a business trip to Tel Aviv. The place is very clean, looks great and very well located with easy access to Ayalon Highway. The place has a private parking and located in front of nice little shopping mall with decent restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Gavriel's appartment and it was really a wonderful and positive experience. The place is centrally located at walking distance from downtown cultural, food (excellent restaurants around the corner!) and other venues, and public transport available around the corner as well. The appartment was ideal for us as a home office abroad as we both had a workation so the place offers all a couple need to have both work and leisure in one. Any queries were attended swiftly by Gavriel which added to our satisfaction during our stay.

A living area is featured with a blue sofa and two burgundy chairs facing a round coffee table. Large windows provide views of palm trees and the waterfront, while soft curtains frame the space. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall.

Fantastic location for those who like quiteness. The view is excellent - it's not to the open sea but to the yachts in the marine. The feeling is like at home. The building itself is very quite, not a lot of people. Stark contrast for example to Ritz Carlton which resides nearby but whch is noisy. Swimming pool is good. The apartment is not lux but very good and is according to the price and description. There were people jogging along the promenade around the marine in the morning (from 5.30 am) but it was ok for us. We lived during 1 week in Herzlia and no one alarm siren for the rocket though there were several in Tel Aviv

The appartment was great, as promised in the platform, with a fantastic location (5min from the beach!), well equipped, a great aircon and the hospitality and approachability from Haim made our stay very easy! Looking forward to the next time and I can only recommend it!
