As one that passes a lot in hotels or apartments for short-term rentals I want to say that the response I received from the host Sam just answered every expectation and was really kind and generous, the apartment is really clean and tidy , the underground parking is just great, everything is accessible , the elevators and the building are always clean, easy and simple to get to the place, there is a food order for the building including the arrival of messengers to the door, privacy is above and beyond, quiet and peaceful from the neighbors, there is an amazing view from the balcony - you see the sea and the whole north!!! Finally I really recommend the apartment and I will definitely be back for you!! Thank you so much dear Sam 🙏🏼 💙

The best view point!

Lior was a great host and we had a lovely stay! There were some technical issues with the hot tub featured in the photo, which made us unable to use it. Lior was willing to help and offered to come fix it. I suggest clarifying with him first to make sure everything is working and ready to use. Regardless, it's a lovely place and the host was pleasant and helpful.
The living area features a relaxed seating arrangement with a light-colored couch and armchairs. A wooden coffee table is positioned at the center. Houseplants and bookshelves enhance the ambiance, while artwork adorns the walls, contributing to the room's inviting character.

Bat-Galim getaway

Rose's Place is a great choice for a family weekend in Haifa. Parking is available next to the building, and there are multiple bus lines and a train station nearby. The neighborhood has a local supermarket, cafes, and easy access to the beach. The apartment is spacious and filled with natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we didn’t use it, and the living room is comfortable. The bathroom is practical and features a bath, which is excellent for young children. We used two bedrooms; one had a large mattress for our daughter, while the other had a proper bed. Everything was clean and convenient. A few points to consider: - No TV. - The apartment is in an old building, so there can be noise from neighboring units, especially at night, which may be a concern for sensitive sleepers. There is also some noise coming from outside as the apartment is on the main road, but it wasn't too problematic. - The entrance to the building is at the back, so it was a bit tricky to find.
A scenic view captures a sandy beach with gentle waves lapping at the shore. People are seen enjoying the area, including a woman seated in a white chair, while a man stands nearby. The background features distant coastal buildings under a partly cloudy sky.
