Amazing place, host, felt right at home. Kids loved it!

The best part about this Airbnb was the amazing location. Right next to so many restaurants; I could walk for coffee, food, and drinks whenever I wanted! Also great hosts and nice place!

A little smaller than shown in the pictures. But overall very nice and clean inside. Love the bathroom and especially the shower. No oven mitts for the stove so bring those. Extra blankets and towels in the closet could’ve been nice. The complex is a little trashy and when you walk into the C building there’s a moldy smell. The apartment is right by the washer and dryer which can get pretty loud so be aware of that. Check in/check out seems a little unfair for the price. A 4pm check in seems a bit late and a 11:00am “SHARP” check out seems a little early in my opinion. At the end of your stay Jesse will mention a “special discount” for your next stay. Ambiguous but hope this stands true. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great, unique place. It's super clean and in a great location. It's in an old apartment building, so you get that atmosphere, but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again—lots of nice touches throughout. Jeremy was super easy to deal with and very responsive and helpful.

Came in to work in Detroit, Shiv's place is the best deal on Airbnb for the Detroit area imo. he accurately described the place, it's an old building, not perfect, definitely lived in regularly. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the heat kept us warm. The washer and dryer worked, as did the hot water. Everything that I needed was there. Shiv was very responsive when I had a question, but was not intrusive what so ever. great host. If ever I need to stay in Detroit again, I hope that this place is available!

Great place! Didn’t get to use the game room but it was a nice option. Plenty of parking for the space.

This property is very walkable to restaurants and shopping. It’s also on a very quiet block. We felt comfortable and safe. The beds were great, plenty of towels.

Great home base for family visiting to see the Lions take on the Vikings at Ford Field. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was clean and comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, very close to places to shop, and easy access to local freeways. I appreciated Meriam's responsiveness during our time there. We'd definitely book and recommend this home for future visits.

We have enjoyed staying at Shastina's house! Good, clean place with fool kitchen where we were able to cook our own meals. even coffee was provided by Shastina! Comfortable beds and very cozy living room, very nice for a movies before sleep! recommend to families and friends!

Great place to stay. location is key.. everything was minutes away, from fast food to grocery stores. neighborhood was nice and quite exceptionally great for me since I was working night shift. Great host, definitely recommend and I personally wiwill have this location down as my first choice when I'm in the area for business

This was one of if not the best Airbnb I’ve been to. Very beautiful, a great place that felt like home and it was private which was a plus. I can assure you that I would book this place again!!

It was a beautiful stay in this place and everything was good. It’s very clean. Place everything it’s luxury. And the host he was so nice and friendly, he always available to help. and a place inside it’s too big everything inside it’s new.

Hosts were very responsive. The location was perfect. Very close, walkable distance to lots of entertainment. Very clean. Quiet, but right in the heart of excitement!

This is the best AIRBNB I’ve ever stayed in for the price in Detroit. It only has ONE drawback, the place doesn’t have any parking. There’s a vacant lot next door but it isn’t designed for parking. We parked there at our own risk.

I loved my time here. Jason was a fantastic host that responded quickly to my questions and offered great information on how to make my trip the best it could be. His knowledge of the town was stellar and he was extremely accommodating in every way. He was kind and his place was pristine! My stay was magical and comfortable. Really nice condo and in a great location. It was a 10 minute walk to the Lions game and about the same to Little Caeser's Arena to see the Red Wings. The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We will likely come again during baseball season. Neighborhood is very walkable and there are many dining options on Woodward Ave and a Whole Foods directly across the street if you wish to cook in.
