Jean was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome and at peace in the tranquil garden. The views from her property are unmatched and we enjoyed daily swims from the private dock and in the heated pool. Jean was so helpful in helping us plan our stay. The stay was very welcoming and pleasant; I was looking to give me a break from the routine and so it was. In addition, the co-hosts were very attentive to everything that was required. If I came back to Guatemala, I would definitely book again

I cannot say enough great things about Augustus' place. First the location, everything is easily walkable via a lakeside path. The dock and downtown areas are less than a ten minute walk. The vistas from every room are stunning, with San Pedro looming from a perfect deck to practice yoga or just to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The mother rock sauna was awesome, I wish we could've spent more time in there, but we kept busy with tons of activities (including paddle boarding the lake with the paddle boards provided by Augustus). Also don't miss the sunrise hike at maya face. The lights on the master bed are even cooler in person, and the master has French doors that open right out to the patio above. We took Augustus up on his offer to have chef Claudia prepare a meal for us while we were there, and we are so glad we did. It was DELICIOUS. We adored our stay, and can't wait to return.

Absolutely gorgeous home with literally million dollar views. If you’re looking for some rest and relaxation around Lake Atitlan, this is the house for you. Check-in was easy. Great for our family of four. Rene, who is the groundskeeper that lives on the property, when we checked in arranged for a private boat around the lake within 30 minutes arriving. We wouldn’t hesitate to return the future.

This place is on a quiet little street and has a gated entrance. The room is cute, and the bed is comfortable. Great quality sheets and blankets and lots of pillows. Very close to hike up to Cerro de la Cruz. Still easily walkable to get to the other end of town.

Great location - nice small, comfortable apartment - Easy check in and parking. Niko 10 Building is a good location so close to Oakland. Even though there were a few issues, the response and communication was excellent. Recommended!

We had the most magical stay at Leslie’s house in San Marcos La Laguna! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the main dock and the heart of town, with shops, restaurants, and all the local happenings within easy walking distance. It’s also a short stroll to the nature reserve, where we had the unforgettable experience of jumping off rocks into the pristine waters of Lake Atitlán. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. Every detail of the home is thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the caretaker, Mariano, and his wife, Petrona. They prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning and kept the house immaculate. Leslie went above and beyond to organize a cacao ceremony, which was a transformative experience, and even arranged for a fantastic cook to prepare

Words can't describe the beauty of this house. The view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful, comfortable and clean with all the amenities. Felipe and Sandra (house caretakers) the sweetest and most helpful. Sandra is an excellent cook, hire her to make your meals, trust me. Felipe and Adolfo (host) helped us arrange transportation to and from Antigua and a private boat to explore around the different villages at the lake. Felipe also helped me get a birthday cake for my husband's birthday. Lots of birds (hummingbirds) right on the terrace. Loved everything about this stay and was really sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

Our host Jorge went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, helping us book our accommodations with ease (helping us reserve private boat transportation) and sharing fantastic local restaurant recommendations.
