Excellent place, everything is close by walking, it is right in the center. There is a restaurant, pharmacy, groceries, everything you need nearby. The place was spotless, 100% recommended. If I go back to Tecozautla would be my first choice.

The cottage is the same as shown in the photos. It is under construction but has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom super functional, spacious and clean with hot water. It is one of the few good options so close to the Xhidi and El Aguacate springs. In the kitchen there are only faucets, so it is necessary to bring what is necessary if you intend to cook. Bath towels are also towels. We had everything we needed, they welcomed us and showed us the paths to go down to the springs. They offer very rich meals and breakfasts at a very affordable price (80 pesos each), in a neighboring house. We decided on this option because it seemed the best to us, apart from the fact that the food is excellent and supported by local tourism, there are not many options for eating out and one better enjoys the disconnection of business. I highly recommend this place, try to arrive with a map as there is almost no telcel signal in the area. The communication with Sr Modesto (host) was excellent before arriving, he himself gave us recommendations and sent us a map with which it is very easy to get there.
