Amazing place, very close to the beach, really, and the house is very clean, I recommend it 100%

David's house & property go right down to the beach. So, you can chill out in a hammock, sit in his (small) pool, or run across the sand right into the ocean. It is only a few seconds walk to return to the house. At night, you will hear the ocean waves, which is very soothing. The house is large, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen has most utensils, plates, etc., you would need, for cooking. It is quiet at night and the housekeeper is only a few minutes away, if needed. She is the one who will bring the key for check in. However, we had problems with communications and wasted an hour in the dark, waiting for someone to help us. So, I strongly recommend that you confirm check in details (who, where, what time, etc.) at least 24 hours, in advance. Make sure the hot water was turned on, too. Try the resto across the street. 3 brothers run a lovely, small place called Magon. Very friendly folks and quick, fresh, affordable meals (especially breakfast). A recommended host & home! :-)

The location is perfect, the sea is in front of the house, a good view,a great place to rest and have a good time with the family. The host as the manager is very friendly and helpful, were always on the lookout. We liked the stay and many more attention, the house is very spacious, it has a few details, it has a few details but it does not affect one's stay. Everything good🙂 👍...

Gabriela is a good host because she always responds and takes care of any request or how to improve the experience on our trip. If the place needs anything to be comfortable she will help for sure. The beach is clean and peaceful, I really enjoy it and near the place are many restaurants and grocery stores.

Everything was excellent, from the attention of Juan Gustavo who was always attentive to what we needed, perhaps only the detail of the insects, but it is normal for the type of property, that is, it is surrounded by vegetation so it is practically impossible to eradicate the insects, from there everything very well.

Everything was very nice, the house had everything it offered, very attentive Andrey and Jesús who welcomed us and handed over the keys. It has a very good view to the ocean.

It is a very pleasant place with different spaces for all tastes... The climate of the house is very cool. Each room has all the amenities (bathroom with shower, tv, air conditioning). A very nice and quiet place.. has kitchen and grill, they have board games for you to have fun as a family esbun very nice place to spend time as a family... The sea is very close.. the very nice and friendly hosts, they are always on the lookout when requested.

From the beginning of the reservation Victor was attentive at all times so that our arrival was adequate. Check-in was quite simple, with very clear instructions. The house is in a very good location, you are 4 minutes from the Laguna, 5 minutes (by car) is the beginning of the beach of Tecolutla. Additional near the beach there are muhcos restaurancitos where you can go to eat, like everything, there are some with prices more accessible than others. The house features a swimming pool that is quite functional for its size and allows it to walk well. Ideal for children. The departure was quite flexible and there was always very good communication, at all times they were on the lookout.

The house completely matched the description, each room had its own bathroom, the water was regulated very well in all of them so it was very comfortable even though many people were staying there. The outside bathroom (between the pool and the palapa) was also very useful. The beach was very quiet, with no waste that prevented us from enjoying walking there, with no people, the staff was very kind at all times, we would definitely stay in this place again. The kitchen was well-equipped, the only thing that failed us was the refrigerator as it did not cool well, I would also recommend having more knives, as we only found a small one that really cut. The dimensions of the house, pool, rooms and rooms were spacious, excellent for the number of people who can stay there (:

The place fully met our expectations of being in a quiet place by the sea and with at least one large space to share as a family. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room - dining room even more. Much nicer than what you see in the photos. The beach is clean and the neighbors who touched us were friendly and respectful to the sleeping schedules. The pool and garden are in good condition and with the exception of the shower to rinse the sand the whole house is in a functional state. The kitchen has everything you need for a large family
