I had a wonderful time at this location. I truly enjoyed how peaceful it was around us. I highly recommend going outside at night to stargaze—it's a fantastic place to bring your family or, in my case, friends for a bonfire night!

Joni was always responsive, and very kind. The place is absolutely gorgeous, and offers so many relaxing activities: fishing, kayaking, several outside sitting areas with comfortable chairs and amenities, and sunsets and stargazing that are beyond compare. We loved our stay there, and will be back again!

Our family’s stay was great… perfect for a large family get together! Accommodations were great and we had absolutely everything we could possibly need! It was neat and clean. Randy made check in so easy. He provided a code that was easy for ME to remember without having to look it up. They provided snacks and some basic pantry items in case you were hungry. The place was clean and cozy. They even had a small desk with a printer in case you had some work you had to do.

We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay in Hannibal. Pilot House was the perfect place for us to unwind and relax and we had no problems feeling right at home. Sarah and Mike keep the place in tip-top shape, clean and welcoming. Their place is so close to everything downtown. We enjoyed the great pints of Guinness and food at Old Wolfhound pub and wandering around main street. We will be back again.

John was a pleasure to work with! Great communication and very kind! our family had an amazing time at John's place and we felt very at home because of all of the attention to detail! Stevan’s place is a little bit out of town of Quincy, but it is really nice. The whole place was wonderful. We loved the huge living/dining room and the great kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. We were very thankful.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. Matt came and met us, talked and got to know us like good friends. The home is secluded just like we had hoped and very easy to find. Plenty of beds for our group to rest. We were able to see wild deer roam and drink from the pond. If we ever need to be back in the area, this would be our choice again.

Really enjoyed our stay. A lot going on with bringing my Mother over every day from the VA, but the place worked out vey well with the ramp entry for wheelchair access. We had a wonderful visit and the house was nice for family to come and go and see Mom with ample parking and a very comfortable open space inside the cabin. Thanks so much for putting up a Christmas tree! Everyone who visited loved the little place. We tried to make sure that everything was as clean and in the way that we found it when we arrived but, We remembered that we forgot to clean the oven prior to leaving and a ham that we cooked dripped a bit on the oven mat. We are very sorry about that and hope it does not reflect bad on us. We will definitely be back if you found us to be good guests!

Enjoyed our stay and memories made! Will try to stay here again next year on our annual trip to Mark Twain Lake hunting trip if it is available. It is convenient to boat ramp and has adequate parking for boat and trailer.
