The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

My friends and I only stayed at Hang's place for a night, but it was a really good stay as Hang was so kind and helpful. Knowing that we would be arriving in Hanoi early, as the train from Sa Pa arrives at 5:40 AM, Hang took the initiative to arrange for the cleaning services earlier, right after the previous guests checked out early to allow us to check in early. I'm so thankful for that, as our initial plan was to just drop off our baggage. The location of the apartment was great as it offered a nice view of the bridge from the 9th floor. Lotte Mall was also located nearby, about a 9mins walk. As a group of 4 girls, we felt safe as there was a 24/7 concierge at the lobby, with the floors only being accessible by an access card. One minor flaw was that the floors were slightly dusty when we were walking around barefoot. However, this is a minor issue as bedroom slippers were provided. Would totally stay here if I'm in Hanoi again! Thank you Hang!

Very nice apartment. Lots of space and very clean. There is a nice balcony with a great view of the area. The gym and pool are very good as well. I have stayed here a few times now and Huong has always been responsive and helpful

The apartment is clean and spacious and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Me and my partner stayed here for a month and we were both amazed by Nga’s hospitality. She was very helpful throughout our stay and even gave us some delicious traditional food during the Tết, new year celebrations. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi. Cảm ơn!

The apartment was very nice and we felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean and nice from the kitchen to bathroom to the sleeping area. Unfortunately, only the dishes were a bit dirty but half as wild. Unfortunately, it is further away from the old town, but easily accessible by scooter (about 10-15 min drive) We were very pleased and happy to recommend.

Highly recommend Ngoc and Thai’s AirBnb! I stayed here for 4 nights. The description and photos from the listing are accurate. Their AirBnb looks and feels like a Presidential suite. It was very spacious, very clean, and has everything you need for your stay. I especially loved that they have a filtered water dispenser, double-paned windows, reliable Wi-Fi, and lots of hangers and closet space. Ngoc and Thai are excellent hosts. I met Thai in person as he came downstairs to greet me when I checked-in, and he gave me a tour of their AirBnb. Everytime I messaged them asking a question or need help with something, they responded and assisted quickly. Not only are they great hosts but great people as well. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Hanoi!

Prior to the trip, Veque Villa had provided options to do pick up & drop off at the airport for a fee - fuss free arrangements. Before check in day, they had also reached out to check what time we will be reaching the apartment to ensure things are in place. Clear and simple instructions were provided on how to best locate the apartment. Once we entered the compound, we were greeted by the super friendly Ms Huong. She helped carried the lugagges up to the 3rd floor and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. The place was spick & span and exactly how it was portrayed in the photos. Big windows and plenty of light. Spotless! Our stay was definitely elevated by this cosy apartment and kudos to Huong for always greeting us with her friendly demeanour - she literally brightened up my morning when I was checking out. 💯!!!

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Loved staying in this peaceful retreat from the bustle of Hanoi. I’ve stayed in many different spots in Hanoi over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. The balcony view is a perfect way to greet and end the day, and the location is perfect for getting around the city by motorbike during your travels.

Greatly, a nice apartment and location is great. Well maintained, clean and modern with power points, switches, bathroom amenities. Highly recommended for guests to stay.

nice, comfortable place to walk the lake

The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The apartment is centrally located so as expected for the centre of Hanoi there is some street noise but the hosts kindly provided ear plugs. They also very kindly provided a free clean during our stay and delicious coffee. Highly recommend, perfect start to our holiday!

Hannah is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I have been renting her apartment long-term, and without a doubt she is the most attentive landlord. She ALWAYS responds to my messages in such a quick manner, and she is always willing to help me with anything I ask. Hannah’s home has truly felt like my home away from home

One of the best units we've stayed in, it feels like a home instead of a rental property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and allowed us to check out late since we had an evening flight. The building felt secure with a guard and rolling shutters at night. The location is ideal for walking, with Train Street in one direction and the Old Quarter in the other. Wifi was fast and stable throughout the unit, more than enough for work and video calls.

Great place, especially after travelling around Vietnam and staying in much more basic places. Loved the big projector screen in the bedroom.

transportation, reasonable prices

The apartment is quite large - plenty of seating in the living space and comfy. We walked nearly everywhere but Grab was easy and inexpensive as well. We were here for the Lunar Chinese New Year - it was super busy, then super quiet. We saw the fireworks from the balcony it was gorgeous. Everything was good.

Mr Ngoc is very responsive to any requests of mine and timely response too. He is dedicated and trustworthy as far as his service is concerned
