Cozy place in Mt Beauty, worth a stay!

Incredible host, 'home from home' property in an beautiful part of the high country with stunning views! Emma was lovely prior to and during our stay! She was responsive to any messages I sent. Her instructions to locate the property were spot-on. She made us feel right at home :) to the point we were sad to leave :( We took our dog, and while the gardens are a fantastic space for any dog, some fences had livestock on the other side, so I highly recommend supervision of your dog at all times so's not to scare the sheep/cattle. TOP TIP for any guests taking their bike(s) - If your bike travels on your roof - DO NOT drive under the carport (like we did!!!!) Emma & Trevor were extremely helpful when they popped round to help secure the bike rack that'd come loose because of the accident! Our stay was completely relaxing and allowed us to 'switch off' and recharge our batteries. My husband and I will go back to Reedy Creek Retreat. :)

Great location, a short walk to town, very mountainbike and family friendly. We had a lovely stay over the Cup long weekend. Ry generously welcomed us with fresh milk, eggs and break in the fridge - a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay whilst visiting family in the area. Home as pictured with comfortable beds, fluffy towels and secure yard for four legged friends. Great location for walking or bike riding along the rail trail, and short distance to shops if self catering. Kitchen well equipped and coffee machine greatly appreciated on Christmas morning ! Great host communication, and easy check in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and easy walking distance to the hospital. Jane was most accommodating. What needed to be explained was well communicated. Will definitely look this home up again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lumley House. It was spacious, clean and a great location . Close to town and views to die for. Linda was very friendly, accommodating and quick to reply. Would happily stay here again!

Linda was a dream to communicate with and the house was exactly as we imagined and the toys provided were a massive bonus for an easy trip away with our 2yr old toddlers. We filled up each room with family but still felt like we had so much space! Highly recommend!

Great place, very close to the base of Mount Buller. The layout is quite flexible for 1 or 2 families, with 2 bedrooms in the main part of the house and a separate hotel style room right next door. The house is nice and clean, and they don't mind if you bring a pet. If you're there in the warmer months, they have a pool and tennis court too. Will definitely return if we head back to Buller.

It’s was perfect for us as we had a dog and everything was walking distance would stay again had everything we needed and more we loved it cheers

Amazing location, so convenient after a day of snowboarding to not have to hike up an icey hill! Easy check-in and when we had an issue with the shower they were quick to respond. Hopefully we are lucky enough to stay here again in a future snow season.

We had a wonderful time at the property and Chris was extremely helpful. The only suggestion we have is to remove the photo of the room featuring 2x single beds and the aircon unit as that was not part of the property

A great, modern, spacious apartment in the heart of town. As noted by others, it is on the main street and across from a nightclub (which was only noisy on Saturday night till midnight), so if this is an issue then don't book. We loved the central location and ability to walk to everything, as well as the very generous spaces in the apartment

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Mary’s place. The apartment had everything we needed - from the super comfy bed and sofa, to all the kitchen amenities, as well as the high quality shampoo and hair conditioner that kept my hair very smooth even during winter times. I got to enjoy a nice cup of coffee every morning before hitting the slope as there’s a nespresso machine (there’s even cocoa powder provided to put on top of my coffee!!). From every little details, you could tell how much thoughts the host has put into designing this apartment. Location is perfect as well as it’s right at the centre of Hotham Central. Also, Mary is a super friendly and helpful host, very responsive whenever we needed help. We would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay here with a group of friends for a ski weekend in Mt Hotham. The place is so well set up, very spacious and the fire was going when we arrived. Kitchen has everything you need, big comfy couches and warm heaters throughout. Location is great, can easily walk to the shops or pub. Highly recommend!

Haz’s place was perfect for a week of rest and relaxation. The sunsets and the mountains are simply divine. The place is cozy and quiet, even with some construction over the summer. I highly recommend haz’s piece of paradise. J will definitely be back 🌼
