Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. A spectacular villa with an added value of the property that has always been available.

I’d say this is by far one of the best vacation homes we‘ve ever been to as family. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will most probably come back. We‘re a family of four and found everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable relaxing time together. And that‘s the combination of many small and big things. The house (we were at L‘olivio) is spacious and clean. Whilst the stile is nicely embedded into the local, rural look, everything feels and is modern. It’s obvious that all materials and equipment used inside and outside the house is high quality and chosen with care. The house has, for example, a cooling system built into the flooring keeping it at a nice temperature at any time. At the same time there a dehumidifier-system maintaining a nice climate. The kitchen is well equipped, truly allowing you to cook and dine together with little compromise compared to home. And, if there’s anything missing (we were looking for a cutting board) our caring host, Rosi, would bring us a brand new one in no time. There‘s a brand new washing machine, and towel heaters in the bath room. The beds are high quality. The house is spacious, with many windows. There’s a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. In short: all we could wish for. The pool is great. It‘s large enough to be able to actually swim. Not too deep so the children can enjoy themselves. And the water quality is spot on. There again, it’s obvious the owners made not compromise. We only went to the beach once - simply because we didn’t feel the need. And: we loved the climate. Because it’s on the hill, there was always a gentle breeze making it very comfortable to stay outside inspite of high temperatures in August. The view over the hills is beautiful and soothing. The sunset and the moon rising was simply beautiful. Rosi, the host, is simply an angel, caring deeply, very kind and available with help and guidance when we needed it, which was rare. This place is great value for money, and I‘d highly recommend it.

We (8 people) spent a week at Villa Chiara, a charming rustic villa on the outskirts of Riccione. It was a lovely stay: a large open-plan kitchen, two clean bathrooms, and four spacious bedrooms. Despite the cool, rainy April weather, it was warm inside the house. With the 8 available bicycles, we were quickly at the beach (8 minutes) and able to explore the city. The communication with Gianluca was perfect: our inquiries were answered within a few minutes. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday and a highly recommended accommodation.

Everything in real life looks exactly as in the photos... The host is a nice person really cares about his guests. He is a local person who knows his "area" very well. He knows how to help with everything. We would love to come back here sometime, we will definitely recommend it to all our friends!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

The host Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The house looks like the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with every problem.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

A great solution for those looking for a place surrounded by nature but close to the most beautiful cities of Umbria and Tuscany. In 10 minutes by car you can reach Città di Castello, in 1 hour Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Gubbio. The house has 3 large independent apartments that are very well maintained, the living area is fabulous with two large rooms to dine together and a really fantastic restaurant kitchen complete with all appliances, especially for those who know how to cook :-) Super friendly and helpful host Highly recommended for those who want to spend a period of leisure in multiple families, especially with children. We'll be back to try the pool in the summer.

We had a great and relaxing time in Villa Lamatra. Marco and Roberta are perfect hosts and the Villa is a dream! The pool is very big and the house has everything you need. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We wanted a large place to stay for a gathering of schoolmates, this solution was perfect. With a small renovation, this villa, consisting of three apartments, would become a fabulous accommodation.

Villa Formica is a very nice place if you want to visit Rimini, Riccione etc. We visited the ville in July 24 with a group of seven people and it was awesome. The communication with the host is super easy and you get the responses very quick. Check-in and check-out were very easy and flexible. We can definitely recommend that place.

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

Absolutely astonishing! Great place for a larger group, very clean, enough space, calm and great landscape. Loris (housekeeper) was a great support for any questions. Highly recommended!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.
