Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tavira

Very happy with our stay in Pedras del Rei. We loved the apartment which was in a wonderful location overlooking a large green area and a short walk to the pool, wine bar, restaurant and shops. The beach is only a couple of mins further walk away and after the short trip on the train the destination is one of our favourite beach spots in the world. Very convenient for Tavira, the airport and the Spanish border and plenty of parking. The apartment is spacious, very bright and perfect for 2-4 people with a patio ideal for meals in the sun. Lots of amenities within the apartment with nothing missing so all round highly recommended and we will be back.

we stayed in Tavira in Ana's apartment for 4 days. Great starting location for day trips in the Algarve. Located just outside the center of the beautiful town, the apartment is tidy, clean, complete with excellent appliances, including the dryer, also equipped with a nice terrace. Ana was helpful and very kind to us, as was her son who personally welcomed us at check-in. Recommended both for the convenient and quiet location and for the friendliness of the host.

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

Ideal for enjoying Tavira and surroundings. It is located in an urbanization on the outskirts of Tavira, which makes it a quiet area with very easy parking at the door. In the same development 5 min walk (or even less) there is pizzeria, hamburger and cafeteria. It is very close to supermarkets and shopping mall. The apartment is simple and nice. The kitchen is complete with kitchenware. The bedroom has its own air conditioning, although it is prepared with plenty of sheets, blankets and cushions. We were going with a baby (8 months) and it has a high chair and with a crib park, the mattress a little hard but we fixed it by putting some cushions at the base. Everything was perfect for us, if we came back in the area we would repeat for sure. Marta has always been aware of everything and available at any time, we were even able to check in before the stipulated time.

Sandra is an amazing host and her place in Fuseta is really good. for what you get in Fuseta, is definitely worth the investment for a family/friends vacation. would definitely recommend.

Olga’s flat turned out to be exactly as described and exactly as we had hoped. It is just inside the gateway into the Convento, which seems to have a lot of other holiday flats in it. The building is beautiful, the (unheated) pool is beautiful and a very cool place to hang out on a few sunloungers or the grass. Olga provided bath towels on request at no extra cost. The apartment hosted us as a family of 5 very well. At times a little damp, but it was very clean and well equipped. Check in time was flexible (Olga allowed us to arrive early at 2pm) and check out was easy as we left the keys in the flat. The location is a walk of less than 10 mins to the centre of Tavira, it is just round the corner from the fresh indoor market, 5 mins walk from a small grocery shop and on the doorstep for the salt flats and walk/road out to Caia Quatro Aguas. We ate (& drank) well at The Black Anchor Irish pub (try the onion rings), O Noel (try the clams) and Mira (great tapas). We hope to return!

A perfect spot for short or long stay. Quiet and peaceful with very nice amenities. Orlando and Armanda were wonderful hosts, stopping by for a visit or to see if we needed anything. The orange groves and gardens are amazing, and the small flock of chickens provide some local colour. I have to as well mention the two oh so friendly dogs who regularly visited us for scratches and petting. A super time had by all.

It is not very often that accommodation lives up to the hype of photos but this place did and was fab!! The only downside was the number of mosquitos but that has nothing to do with accommodation. A gem of a place and would love to come back

Villa Mariana is a gem of a place, with the most fabulous and genuine owners that made our stay so welcome and enjoyable. We chatted to them, and enjoyed the stories of years gone by in the real Portugal. We also found out that Jose, Pedro's father, was a very talented artist with drawings and painting going back decades. The big highlight of our stay was the wonderful swimming pool, which we had exclusive use of. Sun loungers and a Gazebo to sit around the pool and have a cold beer or wine were very welcome too. We found that getting from Faro airport to Villa Mariana, was a small challenge, as Uber didn't recognise the address that we got from Pedro. So we took a Taxi to the Lidl supermarket at Sao Bras, where Pedro then picked us up in his car. This worked very well, but if Pedro is not there you will need to have a clear address, and take a taxi. Also, trying to get an Uber from Villa Mariana is impossible, so stick to genuine Taxis that are very good value. We had a great time !!

We enjoyed our stay in the house a lot, especially due to the really nice pool. The additional towels for pool and beach as well as the parasol were great. The area is a good spot to explore the region by car. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive away. The only downside were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood at night.

We had a wonderful and peaceful month at Casa no Vento. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with citrus trees, succulents, palm trees, and blooming scrubs was very special. The fresh eggs from Uta’s chickens, and lemons at any time were such a treat. The hilly area around the quaint casa is perfect for hiking, taking in the beautiful vista, and watching the sunset. A comfortable walking distance to a local bakery and a coffee shop, offering traditional bread and pastries was a treat. Thank you to our host Uta for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The house was superb for a group of friends to spend the week. Excellent rooms. Bathrooms are large. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. It was super comfortable to hang around in and just be with friends. The area was quiet but close enough to Tavira and other towns. while we were there the hot water quit, I notified the owner and within 2 hours it was fixed. This is first class.

The villa had everything we wanted - with separate decking areas for different parts of the day depending on if you want sun or shade. All the hosts, Alex, Mildred and Emay were lovely and so helpful. We arrived very late after a long time at Faro airport (now that is a nightmare) and our sat nav initially taking us in the wrong direction, but we rang Alex who guided us in and didn’t fuss that we were late. The pool was great - we had an early August holiday so the dip was what we all needed every day (and night, it was beautiful for a midnight swim looking at the stars). We met both dogs who were very nice, and Lou, the big one, was super cute - my girls loved him! We often ate at home and the gas job and electric cooker was perfect for this. The air con was just what we needed too - so happy to have that to cool down. Didn’t use the TV as it was so lovely sitting outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings and sounds of the cicadas. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay.

We had a perfect family Christmas at Jonathan's place! The kitchen was the perfect size to cook a full meal in - there was plenty of crockery and utensils and all the bits you might need. The outside spaces were gorgeous - even though it was a little chilly at night, we loved having our morning coffee in the winter sunshine! The fireplace was a real bonus during the chilly evenings, too. All in all, everything was great. Thank you, Jonathan!

we enjoyed our 9 night staying in this place. it is a clean, comfortable and peacefull appartement. we had everything we needed during our staying. I definitely recommend this place to any couples who are looking for clean and peaceful place.

A lovely place to stay. Plenty of room. Gail was very helpful. The pool was lovely. Being five minutes walk from the promenade was great. The water taxi to the beach area is very frequent - never waiting more than a minute. Would have no hesitation recommending Gail’s place to others.

What a fab place to stay Will defo stay again

This place was great!! It was much larger than the photos led me to believe. Very bright clean and spacious. I would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone visiting Cabanas. Helenas mum checked us in and was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana's condo in Cabanas de Tavira. It was the perfect location for us. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The condo is beautifully decorated with a fabulous kitchen! I have a lot of food sensitivities and need to cook a lot of our meals. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped! Even though we visited in a cooler time of year (February) it was still lovely to sit outside on the patio. The afternoon sun warmed up the space nicely. There are 2 sliding doors and 1 door into the condo. So much beautiful light on the sunny days! Thank you Ana for your hospitality - you are so responsive and kind. We loved staying in our condo and hope to be back next year!
